His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. “Went to Dickey Bubs for a specific hat but couldn’t find it and Jenny K. went out of her way to look through all the hats and wasn’t able to find it.So she notified us that they are ordering more next week and that she could order from another store to get the hat we wanted.Most helpful employee ever, nobody goes out of their way to do stuff like that anymore.Give her a raise or something.”
