“Micheal and Rochelle saved the day! Drove in from San Antonio TX for an event in St Louis to find out a suit was the attire and that was something I did not pack nor plan for. They helped me pick out a full suit and guided me through the whole process. Thank you so much!”

“I was just there to do an Amazon return and it couldn't have been any easier. There was a dedicated return area for Amazon with no line and the employee was very helpful. In and out and even got coupons”

“I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.”
