“I drove 16 miles out of my way to come to this location and it was well worth it. I live in Kirkwood and the post office locations near me provide horrendous customer service. Andrew helped me at this location and was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. It was well worth the drive to have a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!”

“The employee was very very helpful and volunteered some information that I didn't even ask and my package was falling apart and she typed it for me and told me a cheaper way for it to go so I was very happy with the post office. I'm giving it for a stars because there's a free little library box in there and there's never any books in there and it should be on the outside I believe to begin with. I don't know why it's in the inside. I'm coming to Missouri from a different state and apparently in this area there's not a lot of readers. I hope somebody reads this and puts the box outside and that people actually use it. I'm a huge reader and where I come from in Southern Indiana these boxes are in front of everybody's houses and they are always fully stocked and sometimes they have little surprises in them and I would at least like to see books in them”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
“Rebecca was super nice at the counter. She knew right what to do. I had a box with a prior shipping label on it and she put the new label right over it and said no problem. ERIC at the nearby 63017 Chesterfield MO location would not help me so I had to leave that post offixe and come to this one.”

“I love this PO. It is very convenient to my home and the staff is always very friendly. These people (Usually only have 1 person at the counter) work hard. Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.”

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”
