My services were done extremely fast and the person who helped me was extremely friendly. It was also surprisingly affordable. I was out of town so it made it that much better. “Probably the nicest staff I've ever encountered at an office supply store from any brand. Ordered some items for print and they look fantastic. The team took care to try and separate items to make them easy to organize.
My only gripe (and this is not specific to the store, this is Office Depot in general) is that there is no tracker or progress updates other than order received and complete, really. We did call the store to check on status (which they gracefully provided) but it would have been super convenient to know what day the print would be ready without having to call the store.”
“The worst part is the Ballwin location near me opens at 10 on Saturdays, but the Manchester location opens at 9. People out early in the morning have to wait on it to open. I think 9:00 makes more sense.”

“I called Benz Press Werks to see if they could make me a sign for outside of my small business. Mike told me they could and talked me through figuring out exactly what I needed and how I wanted it to look. He made the process incredibly seamless for me and I had my sign in less than a week! Mike even went out of his way to install my sign for me which was such an added bonus. Highly recommend Benz Press Werks for any of your needs!”

“When our printer of 25-30 years closed their doors this year, we were worried we would not find a replacement for all of our printing needs. Luckily we found Alpha Graphics since my husband had had a book printed by them that he wrote. They did a fabulous job on our Christmas cards which we always design ourselves for the last 60 years. “Always a good experience at this UPS store! I rent a mailbox at this location and so I’m here a lot. I’ve gained a good report with the staff and they are always very helpful. I feel like the bad reviews I’ve read about here aren’t that common or usually issues out of control of the staff. Or maybe just a few customers determined to be mad at the world at a minor inconvenience. But I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single problem.”

“A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.”
