My services were done extremely fast and the person who helped me was extremely friendly. It was also surprisingly affordable. I was out of town so it made it that much better. No need to wonder, choose Kwikkopy! You’ll be more than a happy customer. 5+++ stars.”

“No issues ever when I go here. I typically am only dropping off packages. The self-service option is convenient and quick whether you have a package pre-labeled or need to scan a QR code to print out a label. This is an underused service that people can use to shorten their visit, especially if it happensto be a busy time. If I have to go to the counter, the workers are always friendly and competent.”

“Probably the nicest staff I've ever encountered at an office supply store from any brand. Ordered some items for print and they look fantastic. The team took care to try and separate items to make them easy to organize.
My only gripe (and this is not specific to the store, this is Office Depot in general) is that there is no tracker or progress updates other than order received and complete, really. We did call the store to check on status (which they gracefully provided) but it would have been super convenient to know what day the print would be ready without having to call the store.”

Mike told me they could and talked me through figuring out exactly what I needed and how I wanted it to look. He made the process incredibly seamless for me and I had my sign in less than a week! Mike even went out of his way to install my sign for me which was such an added bonus. Highly recommend Benz Press Werks for any of your needs!”

“Phoebe was fantastic! I had an urgent deadline to print about 20 copies of three different sales booklets for a very important meeting. I was able to get them in midday, and pick them up by the end of the day. She was wrapping them up as I walked in and confirmed if they were needed by end of day. When I said, yes, she said she would be sure to make it happen and asked for a few minutes to complete them. She was working by herself and helping a few customers when I walked in. She was still able to get them done about 30 minutes before they closed. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and her hard work was very evident, as she was working to get them done. She also had a very high sense of pride in the finished product. They turned out great!”
“A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.”
