They have the best customer service here. They always go the extra mile to help. I also love that they offer my daughter a sticker when she comes in and let's her pick a piece of candy from the mailbox. It is a lifesaver when preschoolers 'look forward' to running errands!

Beth at the UPS store in Eureka MO was incredible! She was patient, helpful and had a smile on her face. She took the time to figure out what was as what as I had several Amazon packages to return.
