Kaitlyn was very amazing and wonderful with getting my taxes done. Very fast, smooth, and explained everything to me even though it was busy and she had clients waiting in the reception area (which is really clean and has toys for kids!) Her and Charina are amazing and would recommend either of them to anyone and everyone!

Awesome experience, Kaitlyn was great, immediately jumped up to help, she stayed calm even though I had 4 w-2s from multiple states and dependents. Great experience, been using JH for years, will continue coming back. Always the biggest returns too.
