“My friend and I were on the highway and the trailer tire blew. We stopped off at the nearest town and pulled into a body shop parking lot that happened to be closed for vacation. Two lug nuts would not come off. Thank God that Tanner saw us as he was walking back to work from lunch and offered to help. He said if we would go park in O’Reilly’s parking lot he could help us get those lug nuts off put the spare on. We were back on the road in less than 30 min. Tanner is a great employee and great person. Thank you, Tanner!”

Pull in up to gate. 2 trucks side by side.
Go inside , sign in , park trailer unhook and a tech will come tell you what bay to enter if is an APU issue. If it's a reefer I think it's the same but you and truck have to leave.
Signing in was easy. Taking to the tech was informative. In and out in 2-4 hrs.
My only issue was no room to park. Trailers are stacked. I know they can't do anything about this unless they buy/rent more land.
If you are training a student driver, stay up with them to enter this place.”
