“I'm a little late on this review but I wanted to give a shout out to this awesome business. Right after the hail storm, every shop was busy. Despite that they found a way to get me in and despite the business the quality of their work was exceptional. I'm a big car person so taking care of my Mustang was very important to me. They did a great job and made it look better than ever. Oh and special shout out to Zach. He was super helpful in talking me through the process and answering all of my questions. Will return if needed!”

“I went to Ben on the good word of my parents after my beloved car was destroyed by softball sized hail. I told Brandy in the office, my hope was for it to basically look like it did before, which felt impossible. She got me my initial quote very quickly and was so sweet and compassionate to the situation I was facing. Throughout the entire repair process, Ben was transparent and happy to answer any questions I had and keep me updated. I can't stress enough how impressive the repair job is on this car. It looks like new and was so clean when they gave it back. Ben told me upfront he would do everything he could to keep my final price as close to or under the quoted price, but he couldn't make any promises with the condition of the car, and I understood. My final price was almost right at the quoted price because of all the effort Ben put in to make it doable despite so many road bumps along the way. I won't trust anyone but Ben with body or custom work on my car or any future cars. They are actually top tier and honest.”

“I was in my car when it got completely decimated by the hailstorm earlier this year. Insurance wanted to total it out, I wanted to keep it. Cox helped me greatly by re-assessing the damage, and meeting with my insurance to come up with a plan. I have now received my car back, and the work done in phenomenal. My car legitimately looks better than it did before the storm. It's unlikely I'll ever go to a different body shop, to be honest.”

“Brandon was able to help us with our granddaughters car. I feared it was going to be something major, but it ended up being $134.00!! This is probably the 5th time we've taken one of our cars to this shop. Every single time the price ends up being much less than expected and their turnaround time is exceptional as well. “I checked everywhere in Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois, and no one was able to get down to the price I wanted but these guys. Specifically, it was the salesman A.B. This young man gets it. I knew exactly what I wanted and he shot me straight and helped me get the deal done! What more could ya ask for? He was almost more excited for me than I was. He sent me videos. He showed me the features. He connected my phone. I spoke to many salespeople, at other establishments and they all did the bare minimum but A. B. absolutely killed it! Thanks for helping me get a great deal on my new 2026 Ford Maverick!”

“We came to buy a bumper but then we broke down but then we saw Sam. He helped us take out and install our valve then we turned on our truck the problem wasn't solved so we checked the brake chamber and it was that. Then the second we started the truck our check engine turned on. Me and my dad were stressing out alot thinking it was something major but Sam came in told us not to worry he hooked up the computer then it was just our oil pressure sensor. Sam helped us install that then we went on our way. Sam was very honest and kind hearted and helped us through all our troubles and hardships God bless his soul I wound not have rather broke down anywhere else.”
