“Most of the staff interactions I've experienced have been great. Their lines can get long, but it sometimes seems to be related to customers' visiting or asking lots of questions.One piece of advice: If a medication is prescribed to start immediately, have someone call ahead to make sure they have the medication in-stock. They often don't have medications in-stock, and if it's a scheduled medication they can't/won't transfer it.”
“11/14 the team at Walgreens had MANY people coming over from the closed Walgreens @ Kansas and Kearney- they did so well. Great demeanor the whole time to the customers and each other. I'm very grateful on top of everything going on they still filled my prescription that wasn't ready when I got to the counter at like 5:15. Long line behind me with closing time at 6.”
