That 1 is an item their supplier isn't (or wasn't) able to get a hold of.
I ? walking in & several of the staff members know exactly who I am, they say hello & use my name.
I see Eric, Brooke, or Jacob almost every time I go into pickup our stuff.
When they haven't had something I needed (during/right after COVID), they BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get my medication! I know that I definitely appreciate it more than they may realize!!!
We became customers in 2011, after being treated horribly by a certain big box pharmacy.
We've been so happy that I referred my grandma to them & she used them for a few yrs until she was no longer able to live alone/needed around the clock care/supervision. ?

“Not only did we get gas at this Sam's Club, but my wife left her phone in the restroom! God sent an angel to this club and she turned my phone in to the manager. We were almost to Fort Worth before my wife realized her phone was missing! After calling, this Sam's Club, and the manager verifying it was her phone, they sent it to us. We can't thank the person who turned it in, but you know who you are and God will grant you extra blessings!!! Also, many thanks to the managers there at Sam's Club in Midwest City, Oklahoma!! “This store was so very gracious and helpful for so many reasons. We were shopping for an event that our Bible Study was putting on for an Assisted Living Facility. We got what needed and went to check out. Ryan was so very helpful when my gift card would not work. He went to another lane to check customers out while I worked with the card company. He realized that I was stressing but was very calm and helpful. The residents were so excited for their delicious meal. I will go back to this store whenever I am in Springfield.”
“Grove pharmacy was particularly helpful in making me understand that there may be a shortage of a particular denture cream I have been searching for and that there is a problem on the manufacturing end. So now I know to order off the internet instead of wandering aimlessly through the large scale stores asking questions of them as to why there is none in stock. I highly recommend that the conglomerates use the same people skills and learn from privately held companies like Grove Pharmacy. ?”
“This definitely feels like an older store inside but they have a large variety of items. The people working there are friendly enough. I enjoy all the fresh sushi.”
“The storage generally clean. It's a little crowded but that just means the produce is fresher. The only thing I really don't like is the parking lot. The spaces are a decent size, but the lanes between are small and it's hard to get in and out.”
“Chandler of the tire and battery section has a excellent customer service. He will make sure that your tire still okay and not spending unnecesarry expenses. I thought that my rear tire needs new tires but actually isnt. Thanks Chandler!”

“This the only Walgreens I will go to...I'm picking up a rx at least twice a month and e have been to over 7 Walgreens stores in Springfield and these people actually act like people not robots... they are always kind and go out of their way to help instead of doing the absolute minimum that u seem to get elsewhere...the tall skinny pharmacist that sometimes has purple in her hair deserves a raise....”

“Just recently me and my husband went to Sam's club on East Sunshine to complete our renewal process. unfortunately, due to some discrepancies, it was not going smoothly . After all that had happened previously, i couldn't stop myself from tearing up . ?. We were completely taken away by the empathy and care and concern that the two associates that helped us . That would be Drew and Shayle ! They went above and beyond for us . I appreciate everything they did to make me relieved and took all the frustration away . I never expected to be treated so wonderfully. We appreciate all u two did. I definitely had a guardian angel when they helped us .”

“I recently moved back home to Springfield from the gargantuan city of Austin, TX. Getting groceries in Austin was never short of a 2 hour ordeal. Fight 4 lanes of traffic each way on I-45, park in an enormous parking lot bigger than anything Springfield has seen, then fight the foot traffic in HEB for 60 minutes (pretty much the only grocery chain in TX). Didn't matter if I got groceries at 7am on Saturday or 6pm on Friday. It was a nightmare. So this little market is wonderful. I can stop by on my way home from work and literally be in and out in under 20 minutes every time. They offer a surprising amount of organic items, and I've never needed a grocery item they don't carry with exception of organic ginger and turmeric root - which I go to Mama Jeans for. Love this little grocery store. Not a fan of big Wal Mart locations, but these markets are brilliant.”
“Today I just had a few things to get, but I had a super great experience today. A lady walking something in the back part of the customer service desk helped me get some donuts from the top shelf of the aisle where it says to ask for assistance, and she came immediately n followed me and was very pleasant and with a smile.
When I was checking out I was getting in my wallet to get my cash to pay and the lady had came around and loaded every single sack of groceries for me in my cart. I looked up n said did you just load all my groceries in there? I said Wow! Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate that. And she was smiling as well. Had a nice little trip today in there and it was during after work rush hour too. This is my main Walmart I always go to cause I live really close to it, so I call it My Store...
Oh, I bought their original macaroni for a side dishe tonight for dinner and it wasn't bad or spoiled or rotten or nothing, but it was the most terrible macaroni salad I've ever tasted in my entire life and I spit it out. Definitely won't recommend or ever purchase again. I guess I could return it since I saved my receipt. I tried it as soon as I got home, but my Walmart experience today was super awesome and I highly recommend going to this store. The parking lot is too small and you really gotta pay attention when pulling in n backing out cause it's congestive cause the lot isn't very big. But really great store...”
“This Sam's Club Bakery always makes beautiful birthday style cakes. My orders have always been ready on time. The tiramisu in the refrigerator section is delicious too. The staff is awesome and they make the whole process (from ordering to pick up) easy for the customer.”
“The people who work in the pharmacy are kind, friendly and helpful. They always do their best to get my meds at the lowest price and keep them available. They call my insurance and doctors multiple times to make sure I have what I need. I actually live a good distance from this location but get my scripts there because I trust them.”

“When they called to fill my script, whoever the person was that talked with (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was very thorough and and helped me understand that a lot of things I’m physically dealing with is due to my medication which I did not realize. He was very kind and very understanding and also concerned with me being aware of the side effects of my medication. It helped me so much learning some of that information from him, he was amazing.! He also made sure to send as much information as he could with my medication for me to have on hand to look at in case side effects start to worsen.”
