“I am not sure if this will go anywhere, but hopefully upper management sees it:
the woman that is currently working there has been working there many many consecutive days in a row. i am not sure if she is a store manager, but I do know there is going to be people that are over her. I can tell that she is beyond stressed and most likely having to work open to close every day. someone absolutely has to do something about this. shame on management for taking advantage of her, someone needs to step up and help her. get people from other well staffed stores or SOMETHING. get the regional manager in to relieve her. I am giving five stars to the establishment for HER, but if I could give zero stars for whoever is above her, I would.”
“I just stopped into FD for some cleaner and had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Marisela. She was working the front and was bright and cheerful to each person coming in and leaving. I commented on her fabulous personality and she told me she loves being here and meeting people. She absolutely made my day and I look forward to going back to see her smiling face!
