The QT across the street can not sell the comfort of a familiar face behind the counter, or the small conversations that happen in a small town. “I'm writing this review to commend La Donna L., Jonathan S., and the rest of the Staff at this Bank of America branch for their over-and-above efforts this morning through a challenging circumstance...After making an hour and a half drive, due to a recent move, to withdraw funds from my Primary Checking account, I discovered that Bank of America was having a rare, system-wide shut-down. You can imagine all of our collective frustration as we were unable to find basic information or complete simple transactions on our accounts. Realizing the importance of our visits, these folks worked incredibly hard to find solutions to help us.Several staff member immediately stepped-up their efforts to find solutions around my particular problem and took the EXTRA EFFORT to help me.I'm not writing this positive review because they figured a way to address my needs (because they did). I'm writing this commendation because they worked hard and did their best to take care of me (and others) when it wasn't required of them... Thank you La Donna, Johnathan, and Staff.”

“I was looking back at a few places I visited. I use U.S. Bank Atm's often. I noticed the rating for A MACHINE, I don't think this US Bank ATM should be judge upon location it sits inside of? I WON'T RATE THE STORE. Which I've never seen anything wrong with this QT either. I very curious as to what the 3 star ratings for?...Why 3 stars for an ATM??? Was it out of money? Did machine break down on your transaction? Did it talk back to you?..Oh maybe it was dirty and ate your card? I have to put 5 stars I've never had a problem at US Bank Atm's unless it was operator error,or I didn't read fees for outta network ATM use. QT stores are ussually 99% right and tight!”
