“This is a very honest well ran company that cares about customer service ! Went there two different times with batteries I bought from them for my side by side and my pontoon boat. They were both dead after the winter. They could of sold me new batteries twice but instead were honest and told me they had plenty of life they just needed to be charged slowly which they did for me .. I had used a charger but mine was not strong enough to bring it back to full charge. Will not buy my batteries from anyone else !”

Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”

“Friday Feb 2nd 6pm - Super helpful, my daughter bought a headlight here for her 2014 Kia Optima. Someone put it in here previously Jan 30 2024, and it didn't work. We brought it back in on Friday the 2nd at 6pm ish with the receipt, and I don't remember the guy's name, but he fixed it after several tries ? And we are super grateful. We will always come back to this store for our business.”

But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“Went in asking about a screen protector for my S10e as I couldn't find a good replacement anywhere for my old one that broke. They didn't have any in store but ordered one for me. A few hours later I got a call saying they had the screen protector and were ready for me to come in. They also put the screen protector on for me and it fits perfectly. Overall it was a very easy process to get what I needed.”

“I didn't know much about Batteries + until a neighbor asked for a ride to get a new key fob there. Shortly thereafter, I needed a new key fob and got it at Batteries +. Shortly thereafter, the key fob battery failed. Not knowing if it was the new key fob that failed, or the second/original key fob from factory, it was brought to them, along with the receipt for the new key fob. They said it was the original factory key fob, not the one they sold me, but still put a battery in it, for free, which fixed it! That was not expected. I've also had a cell phone battery replaced here, for a competitive price, and it's been working great for over a year, now. Most recently, I decided to get a car battery there. They are made in the usa, and the price is competitive with auto parts stores. All in all, it seems like a nice place to do business with.”

So happy I was able to confirm they had plenty in stock and for only $7.99! Awesome staff. We have had several needs recently (calls, orders, pick ups, holds, etc.) and… Every. Single. One. Was. “I had gone in for an emergency minutes before they had to close, I needed a battery for my car and one of the guys there was kind enough to put the new battery in for me. I wish I had asked for his name but I didn't. I knew they were ready to go home but they helped me out anyways. I tried to tip him for this and due to me being so there so late but he politely refused to take it. Very sweet dude.”
