Diagnose the problem as about battery. Technician mark replaced it within 30 minutes of me being there and gave me a great deal on the new battery. I especially want to give a shout out to Barb. She’s always friendly, patient, and takes the time to make sure I understand what I’m getting. Tim is great too, super knowledgeable and quick to help without making you feel rushed. And the store manager has clearly built a solid team. You can tell everyone works well together and actually cares about helping customers.
It’s just a consistently good experience. No pressure, no attitude, just people who know what they’re doing and are willing to help. Definitely my go-to spot.”

“Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.

“I woke up today 2/11. And googled and grateful a good and reasonable place to get a new headlight bulb put in. Googled suggested O'Reilly's. Got there about 845am. And I hate that I forgot the nice mans name, but he was at the register. He showed me the bulbs available and prices. They only had one out of the cheaper ones. He went behind the counter and found me another. After I paid he put them both in. It was cold, I felt bad. But he was awesome and I appreciated him so much. ☺️”
“I needed a battery for a very old APC UPS. The original battery was long gone. I brought it into the store and a very helpful employee (I wish I'd gotten his name) worked with me for a good 10 minutes to find the right battery. He tried more than one to find the biggest one that would fit. You can't get that kind of service buying from Bezos' place! I have two other similarly old APC UPS devices so when their batteries die, I'll be back. I know some people replace the whole unit when it starts beeping but you can just replace the battery and save $30.”

I really wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me specifically, but for the life of me, it is just not coming to mind even though I specifically said it out loud so that I would remember it. I went in this afternoon to ask about changing a front light in my corolla. He was able to look up the specific light I needed for my car and after paying, he walked out with me and switched it out for me. THANK YOU! I really appreciate how quick and helpful he was and I know that if I ever need other auto part stuff, I can visit this location since it is so close to my house.”
