It was only there to purchase a headlight but through having pretty awful experiences at other stores well then probably even one of their stores it was just smooth it was polite you didn't act like I was bothering him about eating in the store he didn't act like any of my questions were stupid it was an overall cool experience.”

“I woke up today 2/11. And googled and grateful a good and reasonable place to get a new headlight bulb put in. Googled suggested O'Reilly's. Got there about 845am. And I hate that I forgot the nice mans name, but he was at the register. He showed me the bulbs available and prices. They only had one out of the cheaper ones. He went behind the counter and found me another. After I paid he put them both in. It was cold, I felt bad. But he was awesome and I appreciated him so much. ☺️”

“Needed a battery for my key fob, guy was helpful. All they had was a six pack out, so I asked and he gave me a two pack which was cheaper. He also let me borrow a screwdriver to change the battery in my key fob, key fob worked afterwards, so it was pretty cool.”

“I needed a battery for a very old APC UPS. The original battery was long gone. I brought it into the store and a very helpful employee (I wish I'd gotten his name) worked with me for a good 10 minutes to find the right battery. He tried more than one to find the biggest one that would fit. You can't get that kind of service buying from Bezos' place! I have two other similarly old APC UPS devices so when their batteries die, I'll be back. I know some people replace the whole unit when it starts beeping but you can just replace the battery and save $30.”

She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse.
