I wish I had asked for his name but I didn't. I knew they were ready to go home but they helped me out anyways. I tried to tip him for this and due to me being so there so late but he politely refused to take it. Very sweet dude.”
“I came for an oil change and got right in and out. I feel that Walmart should have more employees working on each shift considering how big this company is. There are never enough employees working. People are always standing around waiting and they will have 1 person checking everyone in and checking everyone out. Should be 2 minimum. I did have to wait a while inside (like I said, 1 employee) but once they pulled my car in it was pretty quick. The employee was friendly and in a great mood actually. He kept his composure while he had multiple people trying to get him to help all at once. So I'm giving the employee 4 ? and the actual store a 3. It could have been a little cleaner. There was a funny smell around the register that I just chalked up to being around the open bays.”

“My service engine light came on a couple of weeks ago, so I took my car to my normal mechanic. He checked the service code and told me that my catalytic converter needed replacing. I contacted the service dept. and set up an appointment. When I took the car in, I met with my assigned service advisor, Bill Timmons. This guy is good. He eased my mind about the loaner car policy and got my car in for diagnostics and got me int a loaner as fast as possible , then found the part and got the car repaired quickly, at no cost. On top of everything else, there was no high pressure pitching for other services. Thanks to all involved. Especially Mr. Timmons.”

“These guys are awesome! I called on a Friday and was able to get my car in on Monday and had it back the following Tuesday. They are extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. They even offer a smile over the phone. There’s also a cat at the shop which is a cool bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough.”
