I would honestly give this company no stars if possible. They are incredibly hard to work with since there is a very short window for team sports apparel ordering. Unwilling to give a refund for an order they fulfilled incorrectly and not able to send the correct size.

This is my second bad experience with ban recently ordered a t shirt and in the confirmation email I saw they got the wrong size. So I promptly emailed them and I was told there was nothing they could do. Bad customer service

Horrible!!! I ordered team shirts for my this year's season and it took more than 3 months to get the shirts!! Of course the season is now over. Completely unacceptable. Do NOT order from this company!!! Find another option.
