I ordered a modified thread color than the standard for a logo, but the orders page doesn't tell you what they think was ordered. I followed up within 3 working/business hours to check and sure enough, it wasn't correct. I requested a cancel, but the items still shipped. However, after contacting customer service again, they helped partially resolve the issue, so editing the original review to give more stars.”
