Just purchased a truck from Jim Butler today and the process was effortless. Salesman did great, Jonathan Osborn is his name and I highly recommend him. After dealing with 2 dealerships trying to either do something shady or dealing with rude salesman Jonathan made it easy, straight to the point not random sales pith just straight to what you want to know. Would recommend Jim Butler over Weber Chevy any day. Thanks again Jonathan.

I was well pleased with my young salesman Nik Nordin. I think he will make a great asset to the Jim Butler team. He did his best to earn my business and succeeded very well in my opinion. He also worked diligently to answer all of question and the Jim Butler team work with me on the "Out the Door" price of my new truck. Additionally, I decided to trade in my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado pickup and I brought supporting documentation for the condition of my truck in which Butler Chevrolet gave me my asking price for trade in. The whole buying experience was a good one I think for both parties.

Our salesperson, Dan Mann, was extremely helpful and professional. He made the process of buying a new vehicle very easy and headache free. We highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Mann to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I was very disappointed. I was given the option to buy a wrecked vehicle as my only option. And when I say wrecked I'm mean the grill was broken in half and the bumper was buckled in and the rear had damage as well and the dealer thought I was that desperate for a car and insisted it was only cosmetic and I should look past that so I can have a car from them.. shame on them for trying to sell people junk just to get a sale. I took my business elsewhere. I'm beyond insulted that I went to a place that displays very nice used and new vehicles but then pulled a piece of junk from the back of the lot and tried to push it on someone they thought wouldn't know better.

I reserved a Blazer EV on July 19, 2022. After prices were raised, I decided to cancel my reservation on August 23, 2023. I never got my $100 deposit back and said to contact GM. A few months went by and I finally got around to doing that on January 2, 2024 and GM said that they are looking into it and not sure why the dealership still has the cancellation as pending.GM is "looking into this" and will contact me with an update. I'll happily change the review once my money is back, assuming I don't have to go through and do a charge back.At this time, I do not recommend reserving a GM EV through Jim Butler.

I had a not so great experience at other Jim Butler dealerships in the past. I was somewhat anxious about bringing in my car to this dealership but the service team definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I will definitely be returning here for my service needs.

We had an appointment for 10:00 for an oil change which we made last week. At 12:15 we had to ask. The guy went to find out. 15 minutes later we had to ask again, he told us they didn’t have an oil filter in stock for our vehicle. Wouldn’t they know what they needed when the appointment was made? 12:45 we were finally checking out. 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change……communication would have been very helpful!!

Went in for wheel alignment on my Chevy Equinox. Service advisors were knowledgeable and friendly. Explained my options clearly and answered all my sometimes "dumb" questions! I would highly recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet service dept. for all of your automotive needs. Quality service at budget friendly pricing!

I am overjoyed with our experience today at Jim Butler. My stepdaughter was out looking for a new vehicle, but she was nervous. She's never gone through the process of purchasing a car on her own. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to meet and be matched up with Jonathan. He absolutely went out of his way to fight for her to get what she wanted for her trade in. He was patient with her, and all of her questions and concerns. It was a long process but she finally came out where she wanted to be and purchased a brand new vehicle on her own. I am proud of her and couldn't be happier with this whole experience for her.Thank you again, Jonathan. We appreciate your help and patience.

Fuzzy, our salesman helped my husband build his dream corvette and kept us informed of the progress with the build. Once our car arrived Our Man Fuzz took time to show and explain many controls. He also told us to come back if we need more help.

Joseph and Bob were both amazing! Joseph was very knowledgeable about the new Trax. He was very polite, funny and relatable. He doesn’t give off the “salesman” feel which made it very comfortable buying esp since I was alone! He will def be the one we go to for our future Chevy needs!Bob! How wonderful of a guy! He is the type of person you just trust right away!!! He made the financing part enjoyable! I didn’t feel rushed or anything! Simply amazing!!!!

From start to finish, the process was very professional and very seamless. All representatives of Jim Butler were very informative, very kind and not overbearing. The truly made the car burying process very pleasant. I look forward to continuing to give them my business and recommend them to others. Bryan L was truly professional and helpful throughout this whole process. Definitely worth a stop by their lot if your looking for a vehicle.

So a year or so ago I needed a catalytic converter replaced which was a warranty repair, but that determination had to confirmed after they were able to run a test on the car. First I had to drop the car off on a Friday and the determination was not made until the following Thursday. This was starting Sept. 23,2022 and was determined by Sept. 29,2022 for managements sake. I had to pay for a rental car for those days. I chose to go to Enterprise rather rent a car from Jim Butler. It use to be you could get a car from Enterprise on site then after determination was made- Butler would pick up the tab. Not then or anymore.Fast forward it looks like my water pump may need replacing. My mechanic suggested that I call to see if it was covered. When I called I was told that I would have to drop my car off so they make that determination. I’m not going thru this again. No thanks. This is not good business .I understand that you can’t go by my mechanic’s determination, my point is based on last years service- I had to leave the car with you and rent a car for 6 days while you guys made a determination, and I would not be reimbursed for that. Your company had a better system before. Oh by the way your response left a lot to be desired. In short thanks for nothing.

If I could give no stars I would! This dealership stole my money. I was in the market for a new car after mine was stolen (YOU SUCK KIA BOYS). So I contacted them about a car I was interested in and they said I was scheduled for a test drive just for them to sell the car before I got there!!!! So I found another car and put a refundable down deposit but ended up getting a car from another dealer so I wanted the refundable deposit back. They gave me a receipt and that was the end. So I thought! Turns out the money NEVER came back to my account and now I have to go through my bank to receive the money I gave to this dealership. Also the bank ended up screwing up so I’m waiting an extra 45 days to get my refundable deposit back that these scammers could have gave back in 10 minutes. I have no idea who pocketed my deposit but it sure as hell didn’t end up back into my bank account. I wish I could post my bank statement to show they took the money and never returned it. Absolutely would not recommend this dealership I will tell everyone to avoid this dealership at ALL COST!

I've gotten my oil change here for years but will not be coming back. The cost went up to about $125 and while I understand that materials and labor has gone up, they've also started charging a new mandatory fee. They added an unnecessary additive to my oil and charged me $20 for it. I had even asked before I paid if that was only for an oil change since it was more than normal and was told "yes that's just the oil change." When I told them I was upset that they added something without my permission I was told that they would be charging me for it even if they didn't add it. I called 9 other businesses in the area including 3 other Chevy dealerships and not a single one said they would put an additive in without permission and they certainly wouldn't charge me if I didn't want one. Their prices were also all between $80 and $100. One mechanic even said it can cause buildup on the pistons and many said that it's definitely not necessary in newer cars that take synthetic oil. I was also told that it can be helpful if a car has been sitting unused for a while, otherwise it does nothing. I was treated like I was unreasonable for being upset since "we put it in our own vehicles." I was finally told a check would be mailed for the extra $20 charge, though I would've liked a full refund - we'll see if I actually receive it. I'm sure that this is some new deal they have just to rip their customers off and make more money. Beware before scheduling your next oil change here and most definitely ask about the additive beforehand.
