“No issues ever when I go here. I typically am only dropping off packages. The self-service option is convenient and quick whether you have a package pre-labeled or need to scan a QR code to print out a label. This is an underused service that people can use to shorten their visit, especially if it happensto be a busy time. If I have to go to the counter, the workers are always friendly and competent.”
“The Arnold UPS store should assume control of USPS. They are efficient, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I don’t ask for much in regards to Customer Service. But a smile goes a long way and the Arnold UPS store goes over and above that. Sadly, I don’t usually get that kind of service at my local USPS with the exception of one usps person that works at the desk.”

“Our old mailbox damaged by hit and run driver. Contacted Mailbox HQ and they responded immediately. Communication with them was easy. They supplied parts we needed and came to our house to do the repair within a few days.

I had mistakenly put the form for a return item to LLBean in my package without first cutting off the part of the return form that was intended to be given to UPS. “I had a really positive experience at this post office and wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Laura and Derick.
I was expecting an important check in the mail, and after receiving an email indicating it would be delivered today, I stopped by the post office to see if it had arrived. Laura was extremely helpful and took the time to look for it in the back. Although she wasn’t able to locate it at that time, she was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help.
Apparently, Laura relayed the information to our mail carrier, Derick, who has our route. He went above and beyond by locating the check and personally delivering it to our front door right away. That level of effort and customer service was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.
Thank you to Laura for taking the time to help me and to Derick for going the extra mile to make sure my mail got to me safely. It’s easy to complain when something goes wrong, but I wanted to make sure these two received recognition for doing an exceptional job. Great customer service!”

She even waited for me to get to the store so she could complete my notary of a very important document that I needed to send off. I was very satisfied with my experience. My only issue is that location is far from my house, otherwise I would always go to that location.”
