On May 13th, 2026, I paid $11.65 to send a check to a post office box in Kansas City, MO to pay off my credit card. It's still sitting in a Kansas City Post Office waiting to be delivered. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? (Today is 5/21/26!)

I'm guessing the person who is delivering my mail is having anger issues. My mail is constantly smashed in my mail box, There is plenty of room ,this is being done on purpose. I would like it addressed. Thank you , John Intrieri
