TeamSam Personal Training is a large, well-equipped gym with a friendly and professional staff. It offers a nice atmosphere, plenty of space for stretching, and a variety of movies in the theatre. The locker room and shower area are very impressive, making it one of the nicest gyms with excellent customer service and a caring team dedicated to members' progress.
The community, the coaches, the training, all 5 stars. You work, you learn, and you build. It is inclusive for all ages and bidy types which is really cool! If you haven't yet, get in there and meet the coaches, Sam, Mike, and Moe.
