“The fitness crew are very friendly, professional and caring about your experience and progress on the gym. I look forward to work with them for many months to come.”
“Coaches are the best - friendly, fun, and really help motivate without overdoing it. Office staff also does a great job - troubleshooting device issues, keeping location clean, and all the equipment functioning. It's a great atmosphere and even though its a group workout you can focus on your own pace & performance.”
“After talking with Lisa about needing her help to get my life back in order, she immediately sent me info that she had a Sunday morning workout. Needless to say, I wasn't sure I wanted get up and go at 8 am in -4F temperatures! I texted and said as much to Lisa. She immediately texted back that the roads were good. I decided that if she can communicate with me immediately, then I needed to go. I had a great workout and signed up immediately! I'm excited to get started!!❤️❤️❤️”
“Absolutely the best workout. I don't know where or how to burn more calories in a 45 min workout and then mix in flexibility and endurance the benefits never end. The trainers get to know you and will help push you to the next level.”

Hannah who works in the gym was extremely professional and helpful showing me how to use the equipment. I will be coming here a lot this winter! Highly recommend!”
“Mick is the most knowledgeable coach in all areas of strength training, health, fitness, anything, you name it, he knows it. I had been going to gyms for a long time with hardly any improvement. After starting at Micks Gym, not really sure if I would even like it, I’ve seen major improvements in all aspects of my health life and I have a new respect for strength training. Even if you’re not sure this is something you would like, try it out. This is so much more than a gym, it’s a lifestyle, it’s a family, and it’s people who all have the passion and drive to live better and stronger together.”
