Several employees lack competence. Made multiple appointments and told different things each time to simply close an account. This has happened before and I chalked it up as a bad day for them. Nobody answers the phone either. The few good employees they have should be getting paid double.

Service took entirely too long and there was no communication as to why, several tellers on staff, and nobody could help even thought the bank was empty.
