A federal facility where the postmaster does not meet with the public except for to get arrogant irate and call the police. The postmaster thinks he's above working with the public has trained his staff to lie and cover up for him.. and refuses to give free American citizens the right to receive their mail and refuses to and they refused to take accountability for undelivered mail

Employees seem inconvenienced by a simple question.

We live on Tree Trails Ln and our mail delivery lady refuses to come to our door. I guess she is afraid of our 30 pound dog behind the glass door. It’s wild. But she puts our packages in the driveway! If you can’t deliver to the front door why are you a mail person??? . I don’t get it. If we don’t catch it right away someone could easily walk away with our package. I just don’t get it!!

The employees take up all the parking spaces when they have a perfectly accessible huge lot next to the building they could use. There is never any parking here. My husband and I were parked outside when the post office closed and every single person that took up a close parking space to the front of the building was a postal employee. I will have to say though I have been coming to this location for years and the employees at the window have always been nice to deal with and I'm usually out of there in minutes.

The lady at the front counter was sooo polite, and kind. I was complete fridazzeled that day, and she calmly walked me through the process and assisted me. She was so kind to me and everyone that came to her counter. Delightful and helpful staff. Wish you were my local post office.

This has to be the only post office that doesn't actually deliver packages. I've been living on winding valley dr for over 3 years now they USPS have never deliver a singly package. All they is leave a note saying i wasn't home and i have to go to the office and pick up the package. Every time i see mail person at the mailbox i always bring it up and all i get in return is room temperature iq response or just deer in the headlights look. Can you people do your job ??? no wonder why USPS becoming obsolete the completion running circles around those dorks

Lazy mail lady. If you don't like your job and you are that miserable that you feel the need to take other's down with you then just quit.

Impossible to get in contact with. Even other postal service locations can’t get in contact, when they are late to deliver a package they mark it as location not Accessible, my driveway is clear and I’ve even made them an easy and convenient turn around. Something needs done about the managing of this place. Not the first time I’ve had this issue.

The guy that runs the main desk Is a true chiller and really does his best to help you out. The lady that runs the passport line is super nice and helpful as well. Yes, it is still a post office and it comes with all of the bureaucratic BS that surrounds that, But at least this one is staffed with good people that actually care.

I ship a lot of packages and have always been greeted with a smile and quick service. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things clearly and happily answer all questions.

I don't recommend this USPS. The guy who assisted me to my mail package was very rude.

We live in high ridge and any time a package is to be delivered on a Saturday, we get a note stating we have to go to Fenton to pick up the package. The driver acts like he is driving his personal vehicle and claims our gravel road is too rough for him to drive down. Also (spoken with complete sarcasm) the Fenton locations postal workers are always a absolute joy to deal with. The USPS needs to be audited.

2nd time I've had a package returned to sender after waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive because the "addressee could not be found " , however we get regular mail all the time, and amazon delivers all the time. Unacceptable.
Updated 8/5 : One more thing - My certified copy of my marriage license is indefinitely delayed / returned to the recorder of deeds because whoever is delivering the mail cannot make an educated judgement on the apartment number. If all the other units in the building are LETTERS then why would you assume it is a NUMBER . So now I have to somehow find the time to go back to that office and pick it up. USPS definitely needs to have an IQ test for its employees. :))
