Front desk worker wouldn’t even acknowledge me standing in line for a minute or so (I was the only person), when he did hardly made eye contact and gave one word answers. I needed help returning a few items as it was my first time and they offered little to no assistance. I decided to keep the items instead of feeling lost and wasting my time. Have never had this experience at UPS or FedEx…

Not nice people for a company with service in their name. Came in with a package that needed a small piece of tape and label affixed. The person told me I needed to purchase a whole roll of tape. Took my business to UPS, who taped my box and label for me. Based on other packages I have sent UPS was cheaper. Not to mention nicer and helpful.

We had made appts for new passports, the appt didnt show up on USPS appt schedule! They were still able to get us in and out promptly with our passport info completed!

I’ve just had bad experience after bad experience at this place. I’ve been told my package is there on the phone and then when I’m there at the location nobody knew where it was- this happened and I had to go back twice in the same day until the manager himself had to use his personal vehicle to give me my package because the staff couldn’t be bothered to find my package while I was at the desk. That was IF I could get someone on the phone because these people never answer the phone no matter how long you let the line ring. I need a mail key after moving to a new apartment complex and was told I would receive a phone call once the lock was changed- which I never received. Now I’m trying to find out if my mail key is even available to be picked up but - yet again- nobody is answering the phone. I rarely leave bad reviews but man this place needs to work on a LOT of things.

Made a claim online for a lost package that was contaminated at your Hazelwood location in transit. Rich called me right away and was super nice but not helpful and told me I’d have to wait to hear even though it was a two day guaranteed delivery and it had already been three weeks. Somehow my claim has been closed out yet two months later no package or news and after calling this locations multiple times during different hours and days I’m unable to find anything out.

We have lived in our house for 12 years and had no problems with the postal carrier until we got a new one in January 2023. He has repeatedly complained or stopped delivery saying mailbox was blocked. He has even not delivered when the box is totally cleared. We complained and it stopped but now he has done it again. He did not deliver Saturday again I watched him pull in then pull right out again.I asked him Monday why he didn't deliver he said he did then said it was almost blocked. But it wasnt and he had his 15ft on both sides. Then today he left 2 checklists saying everything wrong with our mailbox. It's been the same since before we moved in. We are going to mark his 15ft on the ground. I'm not sure why is being such a j*** but would be nice if the post office would reprimand him and stop his harassment.

Wow, do they teach these people to actually be mean or what! I was looking for a lost piece of mail that was needed after a family death. Mail that contained items that I paid for. The guy at the counter was rude. I love my mail person that delivers but the service inside is awful. AWFUL

I was charged double for priority but the package didn’t delivered in 7 days and then I went to ask for my package that why its not delivered they were rude telling u should go online and file claim. That is not the way u should treat your customers I paid for priority shipping label and then the package was lost. Zero service

I believe his name was Kyle but he was so nice and helped me this morning sending in my passport to get fixed. It went by so fast and helped me with any questions I had.
