“Last weekend, my fiancé and I placed a cupcake order for our daughters 2nd birthday party. I went in yesterday to pick them up for her party and the associate couldn’t find them. She found the order paper and I had put the wrong date for pickup (pregnancy brain moment). The associate took care of the issue and had the cupcakes ready in 10 minutes, even though it was totally my fault. Thank you so much for being so helpful and fixing my mistake. I appreciated it so much and you saved this Mom from a party disaster! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!”
“Pros: If you have any needs or wants for anything kitchen-related. Dishes, fry cutters, 13 different kinds of ice cream scoopers, neon signs, silverware, breading stations, knives, daiquiri makers, etc. They either have it or can order it. Sessions has you covered.Cons: they are very very proud of everything they sell.”
“Cabinet Distributors is a great company to work with! Patrick was very helpful and involved throughout the entire process of picking cabinets, ordering, delivering, and quality assurance.Side note however, we went with Wolf Cabinets and I would not recommend that specific manufacturer as many of the cabinet doors had chipped paint at the intersection of the doors. We had to request replacement doors many times over, as some of the replacements were even worse and had to be replaced as well. Some of the better-looking doors we received are also starting to chip 6 months later. If Wolf can fix their manufacturing process and quality control, they can be a legitimate option having cabinets with extra features for a decent price, but I wouldn’t recommend them with the experience we had.Use Cabinet Distributors, but not Wolf Cabinets.”

“Always clean & neatly arranged displayed items, as opposed to its main competitor. Employees bend over backwards to help customers locate an item. Some individuals say they can't use such large quantities - it's easy - freeze ot store until needed. I L-O-V-E shopping @Costco. Oh, and the prices!”
“Very affordable and great service, I purchased a belt for my vacuum and was in and out in under 5 minutes. I took my carpet cleaner in when it started having issues and he had it fixed in a day and was extremely affordable! Will continue coming here and would recommend”
“Recently I was not able to start my car because I didn't have my fob with me and bybthe time I realized I didn't I had already shut the car off. The lady attending the gas area was just as nice and sweet as could be. I caused a line but she came out to Check on me and my dog to see if we were warm enough. She went above and beyond andndid it with a great attitude. Thank you.”
“Gas is cheaper here than other stations hence the reason everyone from Illinois comes to visit. There aren't enough pumps or lanes causing a large traffic jam most days in comparison to other locations. I saw they had plans on expansion but not sure when or how that is to happen.”
“Came in for maintenance on my Jane's hearing aids. Very pleased with hearing aid service. Picked up a few groceries and had satisfactory check out. Restrooms were spotless. This was a 5 star experience!”
“Close to home. The parking lot is always busy. Just came for a return on Saturday and that was kind of slow but the food court was extremely busy because it was around lunch. Would highly suggest getting pizza during the week for home. Huge pizzas for only 10 bucks and the service is extremely fast. And the prices are a lot but it always for other things that you can get a really good discount.”

“You know, not a bad place if you go right at closing. Other than that it's horrible! You're pretty much shoulder to shoulder with everyone, lines to check out are long and you never know where they start to get into one. BUT! The selections are always plentiful, the employees we encounter have always been nice and helpful, and it's just a regular costco visit as any other store. IF you go right before closing, I'm talking a half hour or less, it's a lot more tolerable. Same selections, a lot less people and a lot less stress. That's the way to go.For anyone reading this that is thinking of going you should go right at peak hour during the day and NOT go when we like to go right at before closing. :DGreat store. Star deducted for the simple fact that it's always super busy which is in no part the fault of the store itself but I'm rating on the experience of shopping there.”

“My first time getting a script filled ( but I have been a member for a while).. was an excellent experience.. Alice and the pharmacist ( don’t remember his name) was GREAT.. she helped me save a lot of money on my medication.. the pharmacist stopped what he was doing and explained the medication and side effects to me.. this is a new medication for me and that was very helpful… they have amazing customer service.... which is rare now a days!!”

“Before I had good prescription drug coverage, their pharmacy helped guide me better than any other pharmacy ever did. They are so helpful and thorough that I still use them. I like to go through their store. It's always well stocked and have excellent prices on groceries.”
“I adore the Sam's Club in Lemay; everyone there is incredibly friendly. My go-to item is their rotisserie chickens - unbeatable at just 5 bucks. Honestly, they taste fantastic. While they may not be as plump as Costco's, they have a far superior flavor. Costco's rotisserie chicken tends to leave a strange aftertaste. I consistently find better bargains at Sam's than Costco. The Members Mark beer batter cod fish is a personal favorite - a few minutes in the air fryer and it's a winner. Essentials like eggs, milk, and cottage cheese are affordably priced. They also offer a great selection of spices, and the Members Mark olive oil is both good in quality and lasts a while.”

“Bless these techs! My battery died and this store was the only one with my battery size. They were able to fit me in and get it replaced quickly and also helped me with the warranty of the old battery that I also bought from Sam’s. With the warranty, I was able to get the new one completely covered because it went bad (cold weather). When I called, apparently it goes to a call center and not the main store but even the call center was able to tell me this location had my battery size. Overall, very happy with the experience ??”
“This Sam's Wholesale Club is very conveniently located in Brentwood. Walmart and the Sam's Club Gas Station are located nearby...Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are also close by. My wife and I live in Illinois and but frequently use this store and the gas station because our primary care physician is in nearby Webster Groves. There is plenty of well-lit parking. The store is typically clean and well stocked. Some have criticized the club fees but buying just one set of tires makes the difference in cost of membership. There is also a pharmacy located in the store. At the height of Covid this is the only place we could find to get new tires . The gas station is our go to place for refills because we live in Illinois where the gas prices are much higher due to our Communist Government Tax Policies. Sam's is the go to place even for a small family it pays to save big money .”

“Visited the store to repair the damaged nubs on my prescription sunglasses. Amy cheerfully and laboriously dug out the shards that had been left behind, then power-cleaned them. They fit a lot better. But wait, there's ,more. She offered to do a similar tuneup to my regular glasses; they were a bit worn, but she did a great job. Then she pointed out how these five-year old specs were scratched & worn and gave me a coupon to help buy another pair. I bought these glasses here and I'll buy my next pair here, too. Thanks, Amy!”
