“With your fuel price subsidized by membership fees, Costco is usually the cheapest gas around and today was no different. There are lots of options for fuel in Saint Louis and why should I pay more?
Easy to line up here with plenty of pumps. Costco is all about getting people in and out quickly, so there isn't a restroom at the gas pump area and they don't have squeegees here. Scan your membership card, scan your payment and start fueling.
What most folks don't understand is that you can line up on either side unless you have a really tall vehicle. The pump hoses will stretch across to either side of your car.”
“I recently had an issue with a flat tire, so I visited the Costco Tire Center I usually go to. I was assisted by a gentleman named Ben, who was both handsome and charming. Despite the hot weather, he inspected my tire and provided excellent advice and service.
As a foreigner, I felt truly valued and warmed by his patient and meticulous service. They deserve a huge thumbs-up! Highly recommended! 👌🙏”

“It was great working with Cabinet Distributors on this remodel. We had the original metal cabinets in our house and I was ready to upgrade. I really appreciated how I was treated from the first visit. They redesigned the kitchen to make it work and feel better than before. They had lots of cabinets to choose from in all different price ranges. I chose one of their cheaper lines, due to my budget, but the cabinets are awesome! “Last weekend, my fiancé and I placed a cupcake order for our daughters 2nd birthday party. I went in yesterday to pick them up for her party and the associate couldn’t find them. She found the order paper and I had put the wrong date for pickup (pregnancy brain moment). The associate took care of the issue and had the cupcakes ready in 10 minutes, even though it was totally my fault. Thank you so much for being so helpful and fixing my mistake. I appreciated it so much and you saved this Mom from a party disaster! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!”

You're pretty much shoulder to shoulder with everyone, lines to check out are long and you never know where they start to get into one. BUT! The selections are always plentiful, the employees we encounter have always been nice and helpful, and it's just a regular costco visit as any other store. IF you go right before closing, I'm talking a half hour or less, it's a lot more tolerable. Same selections, a lot less people and a lot less stress. That's the way to go.For anyone reading this that is thinking of going you should go right at peak hour during the day and NOT go when we like to go right at before closing. :DGreat store. Star deducted for the simple fact that it's always super busy which is in no part the fault of the store itself but I'm rating on the experience of shopping there.”
“I got towed in because I ran over something on the highway and popped one of my tires these guys had a new set of four tires on in short order I never buy tires anywhere except from Costco.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to...forgive me for any misspelling...Tiana. The cafe was extremely busy this visit and she had taken my order. Shift change or a break, or whatever, the new personnel mistakenly used the pizza I had been waiting for to replenish the pizza in the slices cases. Tiana knew her job well. I saw her perform many of the tasks of the cafe...taking orders, prepping orders, and serving orders. I felt she remained calm and work well under pressure. Workers like this are ones a company should try and keep.”
“My husband and kids and I came here yesterday to shop for some fruits/ veggies and meats. Very good value, very clean and organized. There was an event for members mark free samples, everyone enjoyed it. We also stop by the cafe for lunch. Great food, unfortunately, the soda machines were mostly out of product and we sat close to it, so we kept hearing everyone complain about it.”
“Had flat tire. Dropped off and had new tire in under 2 hours. All tires had been purchased at Sam's and the replacement tire was prorated as they guarantee their tires. Zero hassle, quick turnaround!”
“We were out of town, and this is the only club in the area that we could get to listen and help us with our flat tire. When we called, we talked to a person at the club, every other club we called sent us to the central corporate line, and those representatives were largely unhelpful. The tire and auto team at this specific club were amazing and extremely helpful.”
