“I had a new cashier today (receipt says Bri). She was delightful. Very pleasant and so nice.
Stacked my cart beautifully. Didn’t just throw my groceries in the cart like everyone else, but stacked everything so nicely.

“I came in 06/15/24 around 6:30/7:00PM and the young man that checked me out was phenomenal. He was adjusting the freezer section and as soon as a customer came to the register he came right over. He was very fast and efficient while also being gentle with the groceries. He asked if I found everything that I needed and I asked him if they have garlic bread, he ran over and grabbed it for me. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back. He honestly needs to be promoted if he hasn’t already, hope one day he can make it to corporate. I really wish I got his name but he was African American with a utility belt.”
“Every Aldi is great but this location is my favorite. I feel like the customer service here is top notch, and honestly the Bridgeton location is closer to my house, but I pass it up to come here. Also, this location has things I need always in stock. Even the security guard is pleasant ! Lol”
“It’s great having a grocery market in the neighborhood. The new owner has renamed it to Chesnut Market and has redone the parking lot behind it. He says he wants to brighten up the exterior a bit as it does look a little sketchy. More murals are always welcome
Regardless, the inside is a pleasant experience and has way more inventory than I imagined. Lots of dry goods, cans, etc. for reasonable prices. However I wish it was easier to know what they stocked, like if I could search it online before heading there. I wanted to get a banana but they didn’t have any, I think they had apples though.”

“I been using this store for years and filling of my foods needed to survive. For as the people outside not so blessed to shop inside have never seen any of them cause problems with anyone and acasionally when I don't feel like reinstalling the cart and no one to catch you on the flip will happily do it for the quarter and I think that's a generous service for the money.”
“This is the premier location of Dierbergs markets in St. Louis. I often go here when it’s raining because they have a massive underground garage where you can park, stay dry, and ride the escalator up to the main level.
I always find the store to be well stocked with everything you could need. They have a massive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh sushi, meats, and seafood.
They also have multiple places to sit and eat, Weather be upstairs or in their sitting area on the main level.
The best part is probably the workers. We always have extremely friendly folks helping us out.”
“Been coming here for about 2 years. It's always clean and well stocked. The prices are right as well. I hate crowds so it's nice the store has never been packed while I was there.”

“I always arrive late as heck and they usually still have most things stocked and the store is usually relatively clean. Workers are usually always kind (coincidentally I always get the same cashier when I visit haha)
Decent amount of selections like cheese and meat and veggies. Line gets long if you come at rush hour but usually goes by quick.
Parking available. Carts available. Cash and card.”
“Small shop with basic convenience store items, gifts and a small beer selection, great check cashing rates if you can't get to your bank or a big box store. Staff is the real gem. Friendly and welcoming.”
“Nice, but the other day there was only one white guy working. We waited in line for like 10 minutes. Whatever, we get it, and felt bad for the guy as there were several people inquiring about other cashiers.
We get up to the line and my mom is pulling up her app to pay for the food. The cashier rolls his eyes, sighs, and then yells "PLEASE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY WHEN YOU GET TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE". Like. Sir. We waited for so long. You can't wait a few seconds while my mom pulls up her payment?Seriously? She wasn't being rude or literally anything like the rest of the folks in line. She was actively trying to not even act frustrated. She was waiting patiently and was just trying to get out.
I get he was frustrated, but my mom was already anxious about that. There was no need to act so rudely and it only took her literally 6 seconds. Get right, Man. Save the attitude for people who deserve it.

“This location is very convenient and certainly nicer than the store closer to my house, but I don't understand why there are no self scanners. Kind of a deterrent to a quick in-and-out experience that makes me go elsewhere if there's an option.”

“The store is clean and well stocked, plus the prices are great. There's a nice variety of items to choose from. My only complaint is that there is always a long line of people at check out because they only have 1 cashier. But I will say that the cashiers are usually extremely fast!”
“Nice and clean. We'll laid out store. Usually has what I am looking for. I will say the last time I was at this store the bagged russet potatoes, regular and organic, were green. Also with Dierburgs I have yet to get a good avocado.”

“Aldi is the affordable food and sundry item grocery store. No one appreciates the .25 cart rental / returns. But you get used to it. It's not disabled customer friendly. There is normally only 1 checkout line open for long lines of customers. Not recommended for impatient people who selfishly complain loudly about what we are all experiencing. I don't like that we need to bring our own bags. It keeps costs down I guess. I choose to wait rather than use self-checkout. There is no discount for performing an unpaid service. We also help keep the checker employed by not bowing to corporate greed. Food quality is acceptable. So I continue to shop there.”

Looks like they're starting to build a new store next door. Can't wait for that to be opened.

“I use to buy hot food from here but I eat no more fried foods , nachos are good the cook is somewhat friendly sometimes,I moved out of area but when I visit ,Prices have sky rocketed everywhere and their products are not always marked and when they are you have to watch it.They had this cajun Turkey in deli which is the best ,sliced how you like it...but a place to pay yr utility bills for a small fee when you have online problems before7pm is cool some days.”

“I stopped by save a lot on the river view circle for bread and milk ,I was shocked the store looked incredibly nice in the past ,about 6 months ago I stopped shopping there because food did not look to good especially produce. I just want to say thank you for improving the river view location now I can visit save alot on circle without having to travel far for good and healthy food ( love joeann)?”
