“John, the mechanic, saved my day, no kidding! So, there I am, just cruisin' through town, when my alternator decides to take a vacation. Took me ages to figure out how to get a tow truck – should've gone with John right away, but oh well, I tried my own insurance adventure.Anyway, I finally roll into John's place, and they see me quicker than a hiccup. Fast work? You betcha. And the best part? The bill was surprisingly reasonable! I mean, I expected to break the bank, but John didn't let that happen.Now, I wish I could say I'd come back, but no such luck. I broke down again while I was road trippin' cross country. They got accommodating personnel paired with professional technician in Jerry who explained stuff for me without upselling anything. I was able to pull safely into their parking lot. 1 hour before closing time and the manager/owner on duty was an angel! Without hesitation he got my keys, got the tire off and discovered it was punctured and not fixable .He communicated effectively every step of the way and even said: I just want to get you to where your supposed be as quick as possible!He put a used (but high quality) tire on , no charge and we hit the road.30 minutes total!I’m so grateful for the professionalism and also the kindness. “I was shopping for tires on our Alfa Romeo. I called ahead of time and the employee on the phone, I wish I could remember his name, was extremely personable and helpful. I told him I had four tires to bring in off the car. We went through the options for tires. $50, $80 +. I opted for the $80 ones. I was told to just come in and drop them when I had time. I was there the next day to drop the wheels/tires off and was told they'd be ready by the next day. Again very friendly. I picked up the next day, no worries, no hassles. He even unloaded and loaded the wheels in and our of my SUV so I didn't have to get my hands dirty. I would definitely go back and I do recommend them for tires and customer appreciation. Worth five stars so far.”

“Man when I tell you Dex is the best, I truly mean that!! I’m in Florida minding my business when I get a call from my 18 year old son, saying that his car was shaking and he see that he has a knot on his tire and he was in the Berkley area. So I’m frantically googling tire shops in the area to send him to. After calling around every one was either already closed or about to close and they were not willing to stay open. My next call was One Stop tire shop at literally 5:59pm(he closes at 6pm) I spoke with Dex and after explaining to him my son’s situation he said “mom, tell him to come on in. I’ll stay open and make sure he’s good.” The tire was great and looked almost new. His service, patience and willingness to help when he really didn’t have to was impeccable. I couldn’t thank him enough. If I could’ve hugged him through the phone I would’ve. He definitely has a customer for life.”
