“An honest, trustworthy mechanic! We brought one of our two cars in for routine maintenance because of their glowing online reviews, and I'm here now to join the chorus. Scheduling was easy, and the car was ready before our requested time. They also fortunately found a mistake that a previous mechanic had quite unfortunately made. They communicated quickly and clearly about what was discovered and shared photos of it. I especially appreciated their honesty that the repair is important but not urgent (and the given instructions on how to keep an eye on it in the meantime). We'll be back; they've earned our continued business!”

“I found a nail in my tire and stopped in to NAD after discovering another shop nearby was closed. I was greeted in a warm and friendly way by a mechanic. They were able to get me in right away and do the patch. While the mechanic worked, I had a great conversation with the owner, Ali, while I waited. Because it was so hot, he offered me a cold bottle of water. I plan to return to them for an oil change next time I need one. Definitely recommend.”

“I’ve been going to 123 Auto for several years after trying several mechanics around STL and always feeling like some of the “recommended” items were bogus. I’ve never felt that way here. I was prompted to write this review after a recent service visit in which they were investigating a transmission issue with my vehicle. After pulling the service code, they informed me that the repair would be several thousand dollars but that if I went to the dealer it was covered by a technical service bulletin and had an extended warranty that would cover the cost in full if done by the dealer. I would never have known that and they saved me all that cost with no benefit to them. I’m now a customer for life here”
“I have had several small issues with this store, but they always have worked to resolve them and make sure I am satisfied. The front desk did a great job helping me find the right tire at the right price for me. The store does a great job explaining what they did or how their policies work for tire repair/replacement. They also do a good job at getting service done as quickly as possible, I know it isn’t the case every time, but today they rotated and balanced my tires in 10 minutes, it was amazing!!!!”
