Can’t get any better than new motor needed to be ordered and installed. A week later fixed like new. Excellent customer service and repairs. I guess if you need something done right when ordering New or fixing the old I would contact them for sure.

Thanks to the guys at the Vac Shack, my Dirt Devil was repaired. There was a short in the handle and they found the problem and fixed it. So, so happy. It's a convenient little vac and I missed it after it broke. Thanks again, guys. You're the best.
