“The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!”

“I’m so happy I found Batteries +! Their staff knows everything they have in stock every time I’ve been there. They know right where things are, and can help you find what you need easily. They can even help you at the register by saying I think you really want a different battery than what you yourself may have picked out when you tell them what they’re for. I was happy to learn they also do car batteries. I believe this is a store that can be trusted.”

A lady was coming in with her battery and the guy behind the desk excused himself to go over and get the door and grab the battery from her I thought that was cool and shows character. “This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”

“This has got to be the best O'Reilly Auto parts in all of St. Louis. Huge parts warehouse where you can find just about anything when you need it. The old timer behind the counter was super helpful, and had a great attitude! This was the only store I could find in St. Louis selling fuel vapor line in the length and size needed. This will be my only parts store going forward.”

She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!”

“I just moved to town from a arid climate where rain is a rare event and as I left work realized I needed some windshield wipers. Mine were non existent. I drove to O'Reilly and asked the young man for the wipers for my car. As big drops of rain were starting to fall, He kindly offered to help me put them on as there were 4 different components that only one worked for my vehicle. I would never have figured it out before the downpour started. His name was Jared! Excellence in service!”
