“This review is more so for Alex, who was manning the front end of the store on Sunday 7/19. Alex was BUSY!! Through blowing up balloons, handling returns, receiving UPS packages, answering the phone Alex remained poised, professional, and warm. Her customer service is to be commended and celebrated.”

“It's a great shop with great inventory. I've known the manager Scott for well over a decade (going on two). He's always the friendliest person in the building, willing to make good suggestions on things you might enjoy, and he's incredibly loyal to boot. He's ordered things for me, held things for me, and always been willing to help me with my own business as well (videogame store). If you're looking for comics or cards, it's always worth your time to stop by. Tell them Bizzle sent you ;)”
