Michaels is a one-stop shop with everything to create anything, offering expansive craft assortments. This includes popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricut and craft machines, and much more. For the holidays, it has everything needed for Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas and New Year's, from trees and décor to menorahs and Kinara candle holders. Customers find it a peaceful place to visit, sometimes just to wander for a mental break. The store has a wonderful variety of anything one could be looking for in all different colors. There is always something on sale, with prices ranging from really great to incredibly high depending on the product. The staff are nice, with employees who have their own unique and cool styles. The store was clean but needed organizing in a few sections, and it can sometimes be out of stock on certain items. Shoppers often go in for one item and find many other things they need, making the place fabulous.
This review is more so for Alex, who was manning the front end of the store on Sunday 7/19. Alex was BUSY!! Through blowing up balloons, handling returns, receiving UPS packages, answering the phone Alex remained poised, professional, and warm. Her customer service is to be commended and celebrated.

I have been shopping at Michael since I was a little girl I love this door and always hope that they never close you can find what you're looking for for any season crafts everything!!!

Wow! This store has a little of everything crafty. The prices are also reasonable.
