He said that he knows what to look for according to the miles recommended by the manufacturer that put out my car. “This place came recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Got 4 new tires and the prices were very reasonable (about 200 less than other places i called for the same tires). The gentleman i talked to was very kind and patient as I wanted to pay for the tires for my boyfriend and surprise him. The guy(i wish I remembered his name) coordinated with me so my boyfriend could just show up and get it done. I was very grateful and the service and tires were great.”

“I came to this Dobbs location a few weeks ago due an object being in my tire. The guy at the desk (I can’t remember his name) was very friendly. I told him I had an object in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. He asked if I was going to wait and took my information. After a short wait he came to the waiting area and informed me my car was ready. He said the object had not punctured the tire but was just embedded in the tread (he also showed me the object). I asked what the charge was he said nothing because they didn’t do anything. I said, Praise God, we exchanged pleasantries and I left. I thank Dobbs for being professional and honest, as I had gone to one of their competitors, (where I purchased the tires) F*******e located in Olivette, Mo., the guy took one look at the tire and told me they couldn’t plug it, it was too close to the sidewall. I needed a new tire! Had me at the counter quoting me prices of $200+ for a new tire.
