Quest Diagnostics Florissant

Medical Labs
Hours: Quest Diagnostics Florissant is a laboratory offering blood and urine testing, including routine lab tests, drug screens for DOT and non-DOT purposes, pediatric specialty draws, and COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment. It is located in the Schnucks Plaza and has specific hours for drug screens and TSPOT tests. The location is open on Saturdays, which is a convenience for many. Experiences at this location vary. Many reviews describe the technicians as professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and seamless, leading to good and decent experiences. One reviewer noted the process was fairly quick and the staff were nice. However, the lobby can be quite crowded with limited seating, and wait times sometimes occur even with an appointment, with one instance of being called approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Some negative experiences have been reported, including one described as horrible involving a rude phlebotomist and a missed lab order that required a return visit. Another reviewer mentioned a preference for iodine wipes as an alternative to alcohol and for non-adhesive bandage options to avoid skin irritation. A common critique is the inability to contact the location by phone. Overall, while many patients have had consistently positive and efficient visits over years, service quality can be inconsistent, and the facility's small space can feel crowded.
