I had the opportunity to be seen by Jamecia this morning (hopefully I spelled that right)She was such an angel. Even though I only had about 5-8 mins to be seen by her she made my day. She truly deserves a raise and or a promotion. Employee’s like her are so necessary. Because of Jamecia I can say I had an amazing experience, she set a great example for the company. May her caring and kind spirit spread throughout.My partner was also seen I apologize I don’t have her name but he also had a great experience. So thank you guys you made the beginning of our self care week start with smiles ?

Excellent experience at this location! Brittany was my phlebotomist; she was very friendly, professional and took three vials of blood super fast!I hate needles, and can never watch myself be pricked, but she made this a super easy and painless experience. My entire check-in, wait time, and service was less than 10 min total. Highly recommend this office.

Very efficient appointment booking and check-in process. Staff were perro professional and the other patients were neighborly and kind. I'm grateful they're open at 6:30 to get the fasting test done first thing. If I had to give some constructive feedback, I would ask for a hook or similar in the bathroom to hang one's bag. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve only visited once and was turned around at the door, be mindful they stop drug screening at 4pm!! on weekdays.

Received prompt and very professional care. My clinician was very efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Used great technique while performing lab tests.Would highly recommend and revisit this Quest location!!!

Today, I arrived and checked in for my appointment at 2:05pm and was not seen until 2:50pm. At least 3 people came in after me and were seen before me. The younger workers here are unenthused about their work and appear to have attitudes. If I ever need to visit a Quest Diagnostics again it will not be this one.

I arrived there at 4pm signed in then waited to be called 10 minutes later I was called in the back and while giving my information to the tech another worker came in and said it was past 4pm and the tech i was working with said "oh yeah I forgot my system won't let me do anything after 4pm" which I know is a total lie because it was working up until she came in and said that the office doesn't close until 5pm and they can take walk ins until 4 30pm.

I went in to get Day 3 fertility testing done. This test is very time sensitive. I was very clear on what was to get tested. NOT progesterone but FSH. I double checked with my doctor to be sure. I got my test results today and they tested the wrong thing that I told them three times NOT to test. They STILL ran the wrong test and due to the time sensitivity of the test I now have to wait a month to try again. I will not be utilizing quest again.

I can’t say enough good thing about this location. All the employees are so friendly. They always run right on time or early. And for getting blood drawn I’m always in awe I’ve even been stuck and seldom bruise.
