“Today I needed to return some items that I purchased from another location. I had a very unpleasant experience at the other location therefore I didn't want to go back there for fear that I would encounter the same rude and unprofessional customer service.
So I stopped into the Rainbow location housed inside the Grandview plaza, Upon entering the store, I was greeted bye, 2 workers who spoke to me very kindly, and asked if I had a return, offered me to look around If I wanted to, when I said, I didn't need to. They gave me instructions to go to the counter, at the counter, there was another young lady with a pleasant smile who also asked me if I would like to look around, when I said, I did not need to and that I was waiting on the other person.
She said okay. I, immediately, received assistant. The transaction took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way. I took time to introduce myself and thank the manager, who waited on me for her professionalism and her kindness. I wanted to make sure to post a positive message of thank you. Because in a world where everyone is negative and rude, there are still people who enjoyed their work. And are very caring and kind to others, not because they have to be. But because they care about other human beings. Thank you to the Rainbow team at Grandview Plaza in Saint Louis, Missouri.”
