“Broke down while traveling on a Sunday. Luckily, they were open. They assessed, ordered parts, and fixed it by the next day. Since Firestone is inside Fort Leonardwood, it can be troublesome for outsiders. However, they offered to bring my vehicle to the gate, if I needed, to save me the expense of another tow. However, I received permission at the gate with a brief explanation. Their time assessment to repair my vehicle was 3.5hrs, which I knew would be accurate. My only dislike was the upcharge on aftermarket parts, where OEM Toyota parts were actually less expensive. Overall, I think it was fair. I needed it fixed asap and appreciated the courtesy and responsiveness of the site managers. Thank you.”

“This is an excellent place to work on your vehicle, very affordable. There are more special tools available than I thought, including torque wrenches, a press, tire machine, and alignment! They provide basic hand tools for free, but I'd recommend bringing your own, especially if you have good ratchets and cordless impacts. Don't forget your own grease rags, lubricants, and brake cleaners!”
