“We purchased our new Surveyor Travel Trailer mid January, 2025 from 72 West. We did a dry run a few weeks later and we were able to drop it off and get a few minor things fixed before our trip to Houston Texas in late February. Day of departure to Houston was unexpectedly single digits with a negative wind chill. (We park outside in the elements so it was basically frozen). Something had stopped the truck (and battery) from providing power to the camper box. (The trip couldn’t be postponed or cancelled, so we figured at worst, we’d be “tent camping” in our trailer). Enroute, we realized we were going to pass the dealership on our way so we stopped in unannounced and asked if possibly they could take a look at our now, non-functioning trailer All hands on deck, they had us back on the road in 40 minutes. Excellent service. Thrilled with our camper. Andy and the guys did a fantastic job of helping us in a super short notice.”

“Had a windshield replaced in our 2009 Taurus, Kemp's did a wonderful job! Same day pickup after it was completed. Part had to be ordered but it took only 4 days and it was installed the day it came in! Highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing autobody work done in Madison or even surrounding counties.
