“I put off getting an oil change and then almost cancelled my appointment after receiving some bad news. But I had suspicion my tires were probably not too good either, and since it was deer season I wasn't going to ask my husband to mess with it. I knew I couldn't handle another 2 hour drive in traffic worrying about my vehicle, so I forced myself to go with my 6 year old who likes to run around. But I went anyway, because I knew that in our small town they'd understand. Not only did they service my vehicle, educate me on where my tires were and my risks, but the manager took the time to look me in the eye and give me the some advice I'd been needing to hear for months. It was the same advice my husband or Dad would have given me if they'd have seen what the manager saw that day. I will be forever grateful that he was able to give me an appointment last minute, and that if I'd have chosen to, they'd have changed my tires for my safety despite the workload they had left for the day.”

“I recently had my pickup repaired at this shop after a deer collision. The customer service was top tier. I took my truck here to get a estimate and had it completed with in that hour. I was watching them go over the truck for the estimate and they were very observant and very detailed on the damaged they saw. While my truck was getting repaired Kayla was very informative updating me about the status of my truck during the repair process. Once they finished repairing my truck they detailed it as if it was a show truck. Overall I am very happy with the technicians and staff at this collision center. They are very professional and make sure the finished product is perfect.i would recommend this shop to anyone that is needing their vehicle worked on.”

“I was in route to Texas when my truck broke down. These guys stayed 3 hours after closing time to repair my truck and get me on my way! They are phenomenal! “Had a windshield replaced in our 2009 Taurus, Kemp's did a wonderful job! Same day pickup after it was completed. Part had to be ordered but it took only 4 days and it was installed the day it came in! Highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing autobody work done in Madison or even surrounding counties. “72 West RV has a great service and customer service departments!They promptly helped me get a Forrest River warranty issue resolved on my Forrest River Grey Wolf 26 DBH.The staff at 72 West was awesome and took all correspondence over for me with the OEM, while other dealers will often keep you the middle-man to transfer information back and forth from the OEM and the dealer ... causing delays and frustration for everyone. The service team also kept me up to date with status of the fix along the way which was awesome.On a separate note - 72 West RV also has a good selection of different size / styles campers on their lot to choose from.Can't say enough GREAT things about my experience here. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!”
