“I put off getting an oil change and then almost cancelled my appointment after receiving some bad news. But I had suspicion my tires were probably not too good either, and since it was deer season I wasn't going to ask my husband to mess with it. I knew I couldn't handle another 2 hour drive in traffic worrying about my vehicle, so I forced myself to go with my 6 year old who likes to run around. But I went anyway, because I knew that in our small town they'd understand. Not only did they service my vehicle, educate me on where my tires were and my risks, but the manager took the time to look me in the eye and give me the some advice I'd been needing to hear for months. It was the same advice my husband or Dad would have given me if they'd have seen what the manager saw that day. I will be forever grateful that he was able to give me an appointment last minute, and that if I'd have chosen to, they'd have changed my tires for my safety despite the workload they had left for the day.”

I was watching them go over the truck for the estimate and they were very observant and very detailed on the damaged they saw. While my truck was getting repaired Kayla was very informative updating me about the status of my truck during the repair process. Once they finished repairing my truck they detailed it as if it was a show truck. Overall I am very happy with the technicians and staff at this collision center.
