“Nate came to laser-measure our countertops. Nate was on time, friendly and answered our questions patiently. When Nate asked a question, and we weren’t sure how to answer, Nate shared best practices; what he had seen done elsewhere, which helped us answer his questions. We had never been through this process before and really appreciated Nate’s professionalism. Thank you, Nate. We are excited for the install!”

“Immerse is truly a standout destination for anyone seeking quality plumbing fixtures and exceptional service. As a designer, I rely heavily on both product variety and knowledgeable support — and Immerse delivers on both fronts every single time. Their curated selection includes everything from everyday essentials to stunning luxury pieces that elevate any space. What really sets Immerse apart, though, is the team. Anne is an absolute joy to work with — consistently kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand each project’s needs and offers insightful, thoughtful recommendations. Tami brings an energy and warmth that makes every visit feel more like catching up with a good friend than a shopping trip. They’ve created an environment where collaboration is seamless and fun. Whether we're working on a project here in St. Louis or working on a project afar, Immerse is a trusted partner I’m always grateful to have. I can’t recommend them highly enough — they’re not just a store; they’re an invaluable resource and a true pleasure to work with.”

“It was a pleasure working with Sander. His years of experience and knowledge helped us make an informed decision. The color selection was perfect. “We worked one on one with Jason on our new kitchen cabinets. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He mapped out our whole kitchen on the computer, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and was overall very professional. The cabinets themselves were built in very good quality in my opinion. Real wood cabinets, not MDF that you get from the box stores. And reasonably priced with delivery to our house! Overall very pleased with our experience and will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to update their home.”

“After visiting many stone warehouses we found that Arch City offered a great selection and the best price. They do their own fabrication which is also a huge bonus. We worked with Rose, Josh, and Rahul who were all friendly, helpful and professional. We greatly appreciated that they were willing to hold our slabs for a few months as we waited for our reno to start. We could not be more happy with the beautiful Taj Mahal Quartize we got from them.”

“We love this little unique store! We visit regularly to purchase olive oil, unique balsamic vinegar, olives, various snacks, etc. We have always been greeted warmly with an offer to sample various things. It feels like you’ve stepped into a little European escape and their fresh baked breads and pretzels are SO good!!!”

“It was great working with Cabinet Distributors on this remodel. We had the original metal cabinets in our house and I was ready to upgrade. I really appreciated how I was treated from the first visit. They redesigned the kitchen to make it work and feel better than before. They had lots of cabinets to choose from in all different price ranges. I chose one of their cheaper lines, due to my budget, but the cabinets are awesome! I highly recommend using Cabinet Distributors!!”

“Signature Kitchen & Bath (Rock Hill) just finished a bathtub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower and I could not be happier with how it looks and functions. From the start of the project, Chelsey (Designer) and Natalie (Project Manager) were great with communication and answering all of my questions from start to finish; taking the time to provide detailed responses that did not make me feel ridiculous for asking. Luke, Luis, and Devon did the majority of the demo and build (with the exception of the new glass door fabrication and installation) and I was impressed with their work. The team showed up early each day so they could start promptly at the time communicated to me. When something didn't look right to them they worked to make it look better without me ever having to ask; showing me that they cared about the work being done. They were great with keeping the house as clean as possible during the project to minimize cleanup afterwards which was appreciated. I also have a pet and they were patient and mindful of him while working. The duration of my project was approximately three months from signing of the contract through final inspection; with the majority of actual demo and building lasting approximately two weeks in that period (waiting for materials was the bulk of the lead time). This was aligned with the timing initially estimated which was great. SKB took care of all of the permitting and inspections which saved so much hassle for me, especially in STL city where the process is antiquated and in need of improvement. I appreciate that they took on my project despite the fact that it was smaller in total work. A bathroom remodel (on whatever scale) is a major decision to make and I have been pleased with my choice. SKB was not the lowest bid I received but I have zero regrets with going with them for all of the work and value I've received, so far, and with additional guarantees and warranties (for product and services). I was upfront with my target budget and Chelsey did well to help guide and inform decisions to make that work. If anything comes up in the future that needs to be addressed, I have confidence that they would work to make it right. Highly recommend giving Signature Kitchen & Bath a try for your project.”

“Price is right. Reminds me of Grandpa Pigeon's a little bit. Staff let's you browse without hassling you. Stock changes all the time. They have a small section for scratch and dent appliances and refrigerators. They also have bathtubs. I like Hoods.”

“Bronwen has been the Account Manager for our tile business for ~3 years, and she’s been consistently solid the entire time. She’s extremely responsive, stays on top of orders, and has helped us many times when we needed materials on short notice. That level of reliability makes a real difference in keeping projects moving. In an industry where delays and sourcing issues can easily slow things down, having someone who consistently follows through is a big advantage. She’s made a real impact on how smoothly our projects run, and we truly value the support she provides. Thank you, Bronwen!”

“I have used Milford Supply Part Department several times over the years. Very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding replacement parts. The guy at the desk can identify any faucet type and find a fix for it. What lead to this review was the use of the front end of the shop. I needed a better door for our Steam Shower. They found a perfect door and did an outstanding installation, as shown in the picture. Very Happy!”

“I must rave about an employee at The Tile Shop Brentwood. Faith is so amazing, she spent time with me on two different days helping me place an order, change my mind and cancel the order, and patiently and kindly helping me make my final choice. She is a great asset to the company. Thank you so much Faith… you are the best! Jill Miller”
