“Visiting my parents from out of town and had a battery issue. My Dad suggested Steve and Kim at Ham’s Prairie Automotive. They squeezed us in on Monday morning, found the problem quickly, and facilitated the return and replacement of a faulty battery I purchased out of town.

“We blew a tire on our trailer while traveling. Thankfully, were able to limp off the highway to “Big R”. We were greeted by the nicest people you have ever met. “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have a 1990 Miata that we have owned for over 30 years. We were experiencing intermittent issues with the car not starting. I had taken my car in to several reputable automotive dealerships, and none could figure out what was causing the problem. I spoke with the owner, Randy Sneller, regarding the issue. He said, he would put one of his best mechanics on the problem. That mechanics name is Ryan Miner. Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing the intermittent starting issue and the problem was resolved. The car needed a few more minor adjustments to completely fix the problem, and that was done with no additional expense. I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced regarding my initial encounter with this establishment and look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. “I have been going to Plaza tiRe for several years now, I get the best customer service from phil, he always calls me by name when I walk in the door, I like that. No matter what issue I am having, and I had several, they get me fixed up in the most timely manner. They treat all thier customers the same, with the upmost respect and kindness. Many times thru the years ive sat in the waiting room waiting on my vehicle and time after time I've witnessed phil at the front counter interacting with the customers. Never have I seen anyone leave unsatisfied including me. Phil's customer service is so great that he makes friends with every single person that walks in. As a female it means alot to me to be able to go someplace like Plaza tire to have my vehicle looked at and fixed and trust the people that are doing it, and that's exactly what I get from phil. Trust !! They are very good at explaining what is wrong and what I need to fix it. I would and do highly recommend Plaza Tire in fulton as long as I always have phil there. People like him are very hard to find and I pray he stays there for many more years. Not sure what I would do with out him there. I'm sure I would be forced to go someplace else. KUDOS PHIL!!! Thank you for always taking care of my auto needs with the upmost respect to me.. :-)”

I had some stuff on the vehicle that we're not working when I brought it and they fixed it for free. My starter went out on the vehicle they fixed it the same day squeeze me in on the busy schedule and got me back on the road. Jeff is honest and a very good man how many places would treat customers like that without charging them thousands and thousands of dollars Jeff didn't do that it his mechanics are awesome and very friendly and do a great job on your vehicle.
