“First and Foremost, I’d like to say that I heard many positive things about this location of Sneller Tire Auto & Diesel Repair before coming here. I recently had a rebuilt transmission placed in my vehicle, and they were awesome from the diagnostic, breaking down estimate, ordering parts, scheduling repair date for “my convenience”, to completion of repair. They even gave my vehicle a 2nd once over after a thorough completion was done. The customer service is a ?, hands down ??. Everyone is on the same page”

“Sincerest "Thank you" to Southside Auto for helping my husband and dog out after they broke down while towing our camper. It was after hours but the guys stuck around until they got there and got my boys back on the road! We were ready to pay out the wazoo for an after hours brake line repair, instead they charged him a fraction of what they should have. Only good, honest people do things like that! “Our 2017 Ford Fusion broke down about 200 miles from home. The Ford dealership we had our car towed to said we needed a new engine ($9,000). We approved in hope to drive the car 5 more years. We couldn't afford a new one. We picked it up yesterday and drove it home. As soon as we got home the car engine alarms. We took it to Fulton Ford. Caleb (Service Department) said they would look it over. He found a recall notice for the original engine failure and talked to me about it. I then called the other Ford Dealership. They refunded all $9,000. It made our Christmas. I would never have thought on an engine recall. Thanks Caleb and Fulton Ford.”

“I called during the holiday season, asked about a windshield replacement. I had been putting it off for over a year because of cost, but he was able to quote me an amazing price and fit me in within a few days regardless of the weather. I took the gamble, out of necessity. It was done quicker than the quoted time, cheaper than originally agreed upon and the windshield was so well done, i kept touching it to make sure it was actually there.
