“We were traveling from Colorado to Florida when our engine light turned on In our RV. We were near Mercedes-Benz of Columbia, Missouri and called to see if they could help. I spoke to George. He very courteous on the phone and encouraged us to stop by so he could help us figure out the engine code and whether or not it was safe to keep traveling.. When we arrived, he immediately helped us and determined that it would be OK to keep driving safely unless the light Illuminates again. I really appreciate his kindness and promptness in this situation. I gave them five stars and highly recommend everyone to go there for service.”

They took out my battery and inspected it, the gentlemen helping me showed me how to test my battery for the future. He determined that the battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced. They put a loner battery in my car and got mine charged up properly all in a matter of a couple of days. Great service, I would highly recommend! Glad I came here and not Walmart or Sam's Club.”

“This place is honestly the best! The guys at the Tuning Spot are so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I brought my car here for services the duration of the several years I lived in Columbia, and never once felt misled or taken advantage of (which unfortunately, hasn't always been my experience at other auto shops.) Additionally, The Tuning Spot also has a strong DIY ethos, and employees encourage their customers to learn to do some basic maintenance on their cars themselves (if they're interested.) This is a very unusual and empowering approach for an auto shop to take, as it puts the power back in the customers' hands. Thank you Tuning Spot- now that I've moved cross-country, I know I'm really going to miss taking my car here!”

Unfortunately the car was not going to have it. Allie quickly gave me alternatives. I selected one and we were quickly done with the matter. Those at Galen's Auto Body are ready to handle any situation professionally, honestly, and friendly. I had an estimate very quickly, this allowed me to make a decision quickly. Do yourself a favor and call Galen's Auto Body.”

“Caliber Collision is a fantastic place to work with. My son is a new Mizzou student and I’m about two hours away. I was really dreading having to manage the repair process from afar but really I didn’t have to do a thing! Communication was great all along the way and everyone is super friendly. My son was able to go pick the car up himself when it was done, and since everyone was so great I had no worries about them helping him through the process. Great place!”

“I took a car I was looking at buying to Fisher Auto because it was a used car and I don't know enough about cars to buy with confidence. Mr. Fisher went though that car with a fine tooth comb and gave me his honest, professional opinion and I could not be more grateful. Mr. Fisher charges very fair rates but the work of the guys at this shop are superior to any other place in town. If you're looking for the cheapest place that will slap some tape on it, this might not be the place for you. If you're looking for a shop with honest work and good prices this is your spot.”

“We were just starting a 12 hour road trip and the airflow on our AC stopped working near Columbia. We called several shops in the area and AJs was able to squeeze us in for a check and repair to get our AC working again so we could continue our trip and get home to Colorado. Service was quick and fairly priced , and without their accommodation we would not have been able to continue our drive in the summer heat - They were also very accommodating of our dog!”
