“I pulled into Columbia Missouri on my way home from Sturgis with A plug in my rear tire. I picked up a nail on the road the day before I called around. No one had a tire. A gentleman me to Gilbane motorsports. I called over there Gave the gentleman the size of the tire and told him my situation he said if you bring me the bike and a half hour you can have it back i Tonight now keep in mind it was already 4 o’clock Well, I brought the bike and he kept his word and I safely made it back to New Hampshire. Nothing but love chris and the Gilbane Morris sports crew.”

“I took a car I was looking at buying to Fisher Auto because it was a used car and I don't know enough about cars to buy with confidence. Mr. Fisher went though that car with a fine tooth comb and gave me his honest, professional opinion and I could not be more grateful. Mr. Fisher charges very fair rates but the work of the guys at this shop are superior to any other place in town. If you're looking for the cheapest place that will slap some tape on it, this might not be the place for you. If you're looking for a shop with honest work and good prices this is your spot.”

“We were just starting a 12 hour road trip and the airflow on our AC stopped working near Columbia. We called several shops in the area and AJs was able to squeeze us in for a check and repair to get our AC working again so we could continue our trip and get home to Colorado. Service was quick and fairly priced , and without their accommodation we would not have been able to continue our drive in the summer heat - They were also very accommodating of our dog!”

I brought my car here for services the duration of the several years I lived in Columbia, and never once felt misled or taken advantage of (which unfortunately, hasn't always been my experience at other auto shops.)
Additionally, The Tuning Spot also has a strong DIY ethos, and employees encourage their customers to learn to do some basic maintenance on their cars themselves (if they're interested.) The repair took longer than I would have liked but I understand as the parts were difficult to get. They did the job well and I got back home with no problems. The only issue I had was they could have done a better job communicating with me. That is an issue that has been common for the trades for many years not just them.”

He very courteous on the phone and encouraged us to stop by so he could help us figure out the engine code and whether or not it was safe to keep traveling.. When we arrived, he immediately helped us and determined that it would be OK to keep driving safely unless the light Illuminates again. I really appreciate his kindness and promptness in this situation. I gave them five stars and highly recommend everyone to go there for service.”
