“I have been going to Plaza tiRe for several years now, I get the best customer service from phil, he always calls me by name when I walk in the door, I like that. No matter what issue I am having, and I had several, they get me fixed up in the most timely manner. They treat all thier customers the same, with the upmost respect and kindness. Many times thru the years ive sat in the waiting room waiting on my vehicle and time after time I've witnessed phil at the front counter interacting with the customers. Never have I seen anyone leave unsatisfied including me. Phil's customer service is so great that he makes friends with every single person that walks in. As a female it means alot to me to be able to go someplace like Plaza tire to have my vehicle looked at and fixed and trust the people that are doing it, and that's exactly what I get from phil. Trust !! They are very good at explaining what is wrong and what I need to fix it. I would and do highly recommend Plaza Tire in fulton as long as I always have phil there.
