“5/2022 Edit: The owner of the storage facility contacted me after writing the review and refunded my extra payments.Original Review:I originally rented from Norb, who built the storage facility. Norb was excellent to work with and was very professional and courteous. After several months of renting with Norb, he sold the complex. The new owners have not provided the same treatment. I called several days early to notify of move out. The lady on the phone was courteous and mentioned to simply let her know after I’ve moved out and she will close out my account and reimburse for the extra month that I had paid for. After moving out, I spoke with her on 3 occasions and continue to get excuses on why my additional payments have not reimbursed.If you’re thinking of renting from this establishment, I would reconsider since they are hard to work with and will not get your deposit or pre-paid months rent reimbursed back to you.”

“I had the pleasure of working with L & L Mini Storage when a client of mine was about to lose their belongings due to non payment. The owner was unaware that the unit held the belongings of an individual who had developmental delays and was housed by the program. The owners went the extra mile to locate them and worked with that individual ( due to their unique circumstances) to get their payment. On the day of the move they were able to meet them and were super nice by providing boxes and support to the individual. The individual was able to find old baby pictures and Special Olympics medals and ribbons that they had been missing. I would like for them to know that their kindness and caring ways made a big difference in this individuals life and because of them (L&L Mini Storage). Because they cared, the individual was able to retrieve a part of his past that would've otherwise been lost.”
