“I recently stumbled across this Dollar Tree and it's now my favorite store in the Northland, even though I live in Gladstone. I actually drive past two other Dollar Trees to shop here. ? It opened in December 2023, a clerk told me, in the former Claycomo Walgreen's store. This is probably the largest, most spacious Dollar Tree north of the river. It's always as clean as a whistle and well organized. I enjoy shopping here and actually go out of my way to shop here. Keep up the good work.”

“Typically can get in and out pretty quickly. Sadly they don't have everything I can Normally get from other dollar trees but I can still Typically get what I need and what the kids want. Lol”
“This Dollar tree location usually has most of the craft items that I'm looking for as opposed to other locations that I've been to. I usually try to catch them as soon as they stock the shelves so I can get what I'm needing because they do run out of merchandise quick especially the arts and craft section.”
“I like how organized the store. Was but it is smaller than others which means less variety of products and smaller amounts of it. But it is really clean and the cashiers have good customer service.”
“This store is so much cleaner, brighter and organized than any Dollar General in the Northland. The merchandise selection is better and I would argue the quality is better. Pricing is fair. I've given up on DG (for many reasons) and plan to only shop at Family Dollars going forward.”
“Typical dollar store experience. Aisles are cluttered, things can be difficult to find, but the prices are good for the most part. This DT has self checkout stations available.”
“Service is GREAT. They keep the store very well stocked and neat so, It’s very quick and easy to choose my items. I can’t help but smile when I walk into this store. Sometimes, it’s a little packed, but that’s because it’s the best dollar tree. The cashiers are also very friendly and sweet.

“My daughter went into this store to get some snacks. She thought she had more money on her card than she did. When she got to the register is when she realized she didn't have enough. The cashier was so nice to her and paid for her stuff. I wish I knew her name but I don't. I think that was so nice of her. All the workers there are always so nice. Love this location”

She has helped me out on two different times one fixing my cell phone the other one my card would not work but money was on my card and she took time Patience very very inspiring young lady. “The two guys that work here are the sweetest during the day so helpful, but I'm torn because the sign says they close at 10pm but I get there 12 mins before and the door is already locked, I only need to grab one quick item too before I head to work, I thought 10pm meant we have till then to be in the store I feel like they should list that if they're gonna do it so people don't waste time!”
“I used to frequent this Dollar General nearly everyday, often times I didn't even have any money, and yet despite this the employees that work here on afternoons treated me with a hospitality that I haven't experienced at most other places. The employees are incredibly kind & patient and know exactly how to treat someone how they want to be treated, and honestly I can't thank them enough for always being able to tolerate me. ?”
“The staff is nice and I like just going in and looking around. I run here when 8 realize I forgot something at the grocery store they dont always have it but I can usually find something to replace it.”
“There is everything here from food to toys, to the core and more. I enjoy looking for different things each time. So far it is always been clean and bright. Weather I need laundry detergent, chips, and ice cold soda, home decor, sock, shoes, Beauty Supplies, feminine supplies, pet supplies, and even movies.”
“They have really good deals on everyday brand name items. We bought beauty products that were cheaper here than the prices on Amazon. It's a good store to get 1 or 2 items when I don't feel like going to a big store.”
“Staff was very sweet and funny! Really love people with a sense of humor! Don't mind coming to this local Dollar General at all!! ? Just be cautious of homeless people is my real concern. Only saw one gentleman working inside that was discussing his personal problems while I was in line, wasn't impressed with that. Rest of the staff was wonderful!! ?”

“I recently went to Dollar General over on Truman and Hardesty in Kansas City Missouri and I found they had upgraded the store immensely. it was clean, the staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful, very nice cava and pleasant. all I can say is it did 180% turn around for what it was a year ago. it's a must visit store now. they actually have vegetables fresh and a whole aisle I'm groceries like you would normally find in a regular grocery store considering it being a little convenience store. it was very nice to see these changes. And also the staff we're very helpful. the prices are still good. I found the store to be cleaned and not very busy. it was Daddy parking was okay I would just say that if you haven't been to the new Dollar General store since they upgraded it you must go. that's my opinion. I had no problems there at all. It was an easy in and out experience for me.”
