“Enrique was very kind to me and my wife. He showed me some of his personal collection and sold me a card from it. Also had some nice vintage in stock despite another dealer recently buying him out of his vintage. Has a real passion for the hobby.”

“Personally I have never had a better experience purchasing an item than I did with Glowbox. Jesse reached out personally by text message and was extremely helpful and passionate about his product. While at his shop he took over 30 minutes out of his day to talk to me over the phone to make sure I was making the right decision on size, color, and poster options that would fit my room and esthetic. I purchased the 27x40 black Glowbox and got 2 posters printed by him which arrived next day. I was blown away by the quality of the frame and the posters and am ecstatic at the way it looks on my wall. It is heavy and well built. It may be my favorite display piece in my home. It is dimmable and is an amazing mood light. I mean just look at this thing!! Jesse thank you again. My wife and I love it and are excited to get many more prints made for it!”

“To say this shop is great would be the understatement of the millennium. Exceptional selection of games and tabletop gaming accessories, very helpful and friendly staff and tons of events all nestled in the perfect location in the heart of the City Market. The atmosphere is always comfortable and welcoming to all and if the world was run like LevelOne, it would be a much better place.”

“Clean and organized store, but hard to get down some aisles due to restocking. I wasn't acknowledged by any store employees until I was at the register, which was surprising. I didn't see much of a diamond painting or adult coloring book selection, and I didn't encounter any minis or dollhouse items which were things I'm always looking for when i visit.”

The Shops at Zona Rosa, 8551 NW Prairie View Road, Kansas City KS 64153
“This location at Zona has become our favorite for many reasons. First, the staff is incredible. All the employees are fantastic but Jacob and the 2 lady managers don’t come any better. They are top notch customer service, and they know what items they stock. This store is beautiful, clean, and well organized, and it’s full of merchandise. This store looks like a high end department store when you walk in. Michael’s stores don’t get any better. This store has definitely got it going on!”

6320 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City MO 64154
“Lots of great back issues to look for. Condition is an issue though and many books are placed tightly in long boxes with no protection (bags & boards) leaving them to getting scuffed up and bend badly. Some current stuff but mainly for the major publishers/titles unless you have a pull list. The staff and owner are friendly and willing to help. No negotiations on back issues that I can recall.”

“I waited too long to buy one of my kid's Christmas presents, and it was sold out. Searching online for the toy, I found this store that I had never heard of before. However, since they have a physical store, I was confident to buy from them. The toy was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. As I assembled it, I noticed that one of the small pieces was missing. The toy could still mostly function without it, but it was disappointing. I emailed the store and explained exactly what was wrong. They were extremely helpful and were able to send me the missing piece. Great customer service!”
