“I would leave 5 stars but because of all the issues I've had with customer service and other branches, I just can't. BUT this branch deserves the other 4 stars. Especially Carla. After trying to go to another branch 3 times to open a business account (I have 4 other accounts with commerce already and have been there for 5 years) I drove 15 mins out of my way to come to this branch and Carla was so helpful and got it set up for me within 30 mins. She is also helping me solve another problem the other branch on Barry Road caused me. Go here for the best experience with Commerce and ask for Carla. Don't bank with Commerce if you don't already.”
