“To all my academies families I would like to tell you that I just left this location and I have a couple issues that needed to be done with the account, One of my accounts had got into the negative and have been negative for over a month so they did a charge off on it but I know banking I know once you get account charged off you can go into the bank and tell them to do a hard opening and open it back up so that way you don't lose that account and they don't sell the account
( IN CASE YOU DID NOT KNOW MAKE SURE YOU PAY ON ANY ACCOUNT THAT'S IN THE NEGATIVE WHETHER IT'S IN THE NEGATIVE BECAUSE OVERDRIVE OR IS JUST IN A NEGATIVE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO COMPLETE A TRANSACTION BECAUSE IF IT'S SIT FOR 30 DAYS THEY WILL CHARGE IT OFF.FYI)
However, so I go in and this beautiful lady by the name of Lori Cook ( banking agent) begins to look into my account see the issue and fix it and resolve it by reopening the account that was charged off and now I'm able to make payments on it so that way I don't lose the account, Because I have so many things attached to the account financially.
I see all this to educate other consumers that have contracted with Academy Bank here in Missouri! When I tell you I am so grateful to be a customer with Academy Bank I really am not only do they go far and beyond to satisfy our customers needs and and resolve all issues but they're so kind and loving and it's just a beautiful breath fresh of air.
So if you're ever in the state of Missouri and you're looking for a bank that not only can be beneficial to you if you have bad credit because they do help you with getting your credit back into great standards, they also offer awesome different accounts that fits your needs, if you ever need a loan it is very reasonable especially with paying on a loan they just have so many beneficial financial perks outside of a lot of other banks.
Definitely do your research but you could take it from me who's been a customer with Bank Academy since 2013, THAT IN ITSELF SHOULD SPEAK VALUES WHEN YOU SEE HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN HERE WITH THIS BANK.
