“An impressive selection of tropical and succulents. Interesting varieties and colors. Nice selection of other shrubs, annual and perennial plants, vegetables and herbs as well. Prices are very good but bring your patience if come on the weekend. Aisles are narrow (not ADA friendly) but so fun to explore!”

The fact that Ann took the time to explain what we were doing and help really made my whole day. I have been to this location on several times as well as my father. He in an expert Gardner and I am a certified professional Landscape Designer with 10+ years in the industry. I love the bird plant seeds that this location has to offer. However the conversation with the staff is strained and come with a lot of effort as they seem to not really care to discuss the particulars of certain questions regarding their selections.
I am not sure if this is a post-covid issue but it is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. I asked a woman who I was ordering seeds from various questions on some wild flower shade mix. I asked her what the shade time was for the and she acted abrasive and bothersome at the question.
I asked several other questions and received the same response which led me to finish my transaction and leave the store. The next time I think about visiting this store I will consider whether I want to experience poor customer service again.
Parking can be a bit of a bother on the weekends but is usually not an issue if you know the location and are familiar with its surroundings.
The price of items in this location are a bit high and may be mass produced. I mention this because I have found several of the items located here at nearly 25% cheaper at other locations. This may be due to the locations overhead. For the most part I would say that the price can seem high for some things and fairly reasonable for others. Do your market research if money is a priority.
One last thing that I want to bring up is the condition of the floors and the how the transitions from one room to the next can be precarious so use caution if you have mobility issues.”
“Amazing hidden gem with a lovely husband and wife owners. They are growing a ton of various plants and using various techniques to do so. Using as much resources they can harvest to put back into their crops. Looking forward to taking some of their classes to be more educated in urban homesteading”

“This place was so much bigger than I anticipated! And there was so much to look at and shop for. I loved that they have ADHDIY classes in the back so you can craft and make your own things to take home. Lots of varieties of plants. This was my first time visiting and I'll absolutely be back.”

“My wife and I went in the other day after building a pond in our backyard. We wanted to get some plants and fish but honestly, we knew nothing going into this. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. They went way above and beyond to help answer our questions and get us setup with everything we need. 100% would reccommend.”
“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”

The location exterior had plenty of lights, you feel secure entering , parking and walking inside.
More than enough parking and handicap parking.
The only exterior and entry concern is the common build up and need for power washing.
If it was cleaned this store would be a 5 star.
The interior is clean, well organized. Signs quickly show you where your items should be. I quickly found my items.
Shelves had plenty of stock
Staff was polite and helpful.”

“There was a mixup with my online order so when I returned my items and received an exchange, the assistant manager, Jerome Pyburn, which is what’s on my paperwork was very friendly and accommodating. He Corrected the mixup which ended up being my fault.

“Electric carts not charged very good and had to get a second one and after about 10 minutes, that one also needed to be charged. Service was good, items easy to locate. Help out to my vehicle was great. Had a lot of items on my list and will need to go back another time for the rest.”

“As a first home owner it can be frustrating when things break. Our kitchen faucet broke and we went to Lowe’s (because it was closer to us) to try to replace the hose we found online-the help we received there was not great. We were ready to give up but decided go to Home Depot on the off chance they had he hose that was impossible to find. Timothy Danuser went above and beyond to assist us in finding the correct faucet and explained in detail how to install it and recommended a special wrench to save us time and frustration. As a first time home owner I can’t explain how much this meant to us. We will definitely be driving the extra few blocks to Home Depot for our future purchases.”
